Abstract

The invention relates to a training device (10) for training throws and catches of disks. The device is characterised in that a deflecting surface is provided defining a throw area which is embodied in such a manner that a rotating disk thrown in the direction of an entrance (A) is deviated by the deflecting surface such that the disk leaves the training device in the direction of the exit (B). The training device enables the training of throws as well as catches of disks using an individual disk. A special embodiment of the training device and a correspondingly embodied disk enable training to occur on a relatively small training surface.
