Abstract

Oxygen Cutter Hose is comprised of two pipes, which enable a safer working environment, free from the danger of industrial sites. Moreover, protection is provided against explosion and fire outbreak, resulting from gas leakage.

Description

OXYGEN CUTTER HOSE
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention:
The present invention pertains to the Oxygen Cutter Hose. Description of the Prior Art:
"Hitherto Oxygen Cutter Hose is characterized by the adjacent attachment of Oxygen Hose (6) and Acetylene Hose (8). Therefore, connection is made with Oxygen and Acetylene tank, and the connection on the oppose side is made with Oxygen Cutter (18). Often, Oxygen cutting and welding are performed simultaneously at industrial sites. Explosions due to gas leakage are rampant due to the damaging of hose, resulting from spark of fire, piece of steel that is severed, welding rod discarded after use, sharp edge and others. To solve the above mentioned problems, a new Oxygen Cutter Hose was invented. Acetylene Hose (8) is injected towards the inner side of Oxygen Hose (6) to produce two pipe Hose. Outsider side of Oxygen Hose (6) is fit with Coil Spring (4) to prevent the damage of hose. Furthermore, double protection is provided since Acetylene Hose (8) is protected by Oxygen Hose (6).
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention pertains to the new invention related to the Oxygen Hose (6) and Acetylene Hose (8) of Oxygen Cutter. Hitherto Oxygen Cutter is characterized by the attachment of Oxygen Hose (6) and Acetylene Hose (8) along each other. At the time of cutting Oxygen, Oxygen Hose (6) and Acetylene Hose (8) are severed due to the spark of fire, piece of steel that is severed, welding rod discarded after use, sharp edge. Accordingly, danger of fire outbreak and gas explosion was sources of concern, resulting from the leakage of Acetylene Gas. To solve the above mentioned problems, the present invention entails injection of Acetylene Hose (8) into the inner side of the hose where the Oxygen passes through as two pipe hose. Then, the outer side of the Oxygen Hose (6) is covered with the Coil Spring (4) as a protective measure. By selecting the present invention, the Coil Spring (4), which is the first tier protective measure, protects the Oxygen Hose (6), and the second tier of protection for the Acetylene Hose (8) is enabled by the use of Oxygen Hose (6). Therefore, the present invention will add tremendous value to the safety at industrial sites.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The present invention was invented to eliminate danger, resulting from the damage of Oxygen Cutter Hose, used in industrial sites. If and when the present invention is used, then it is possible to engage in a more safe work, and the risk of explosion and fire outbreak, resulting from gas leakage, will decrease considerably.
Configuration and Reaction of the Invention The present invention is comprised of two pipe Hose, and Acetylene Hose (8) is injected in the inner side of Oxygen Hose (6). The outer side of Oxygen Hose (6) is covered with Coil Spring (4). Therefore, risk of gas leakage, resulting from damage, is low. Cord edge of two pipe Hose processes Couplings (20), Socket (2) and Fitting (12), and One Touch (10) is assembled towards the inner side. The sides towards Oxygen Cutter (18) and Gage are as shown on Figure 1.

Claims

WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. Oxygen Hose is high pressure air hose, and Acetylene Hose is Polyurethane
Hose. Acetylene Hose is inserted towards the inside diameter of Oxygen Hose to produce two pipe Oxygen Cutter Hose. Acetylene Hose shall be over 1/5 or less than 3/5 of Oxygen Hose's area. The inner diameter of Sus-Coil Spring, which is a protection measure for Oxygen Hose, shall be 1mm bigger than the outer diameter of Oxygen Hose. As for the pitch, it shall be set at over 0.5mm and less than 1mm. The above mentioned shall be injected into the outer diameter of Oxygen Hose. Oxygen Cutter Hose that forms the protection against dangerous elements such as spark of fire and others.
