Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine de la médecine et notamment de la diagnostique par électroponcture. Il consiste à mesurer la conductivité électrique de la peau dans 24 points représentatifs de 12 méridiens symétriques. On calcule la moyenne arithmétique des valeurs des 24 mesures et on présente les résultats sous une forme relative au moyen de la division de chaque valeur mesurée par la moyenne arithmétique. On calcule les rapports HAUT/BAS, GAUCHE/DROITE, YING/YANG entre les résultats des mesures, et l'on forme une pluralité de paramètres de départ, qui comprennent les résultats des mesures en unités relatives, les rapports calculés et les paramètres anthropologiques du patient diagnostiqué. On forme préalablement une base de connaissances qui comprend des 'images de maladies à des fins de recherche', ladite base de connaissances étant formée sur la base du traitement des informations statistiques qui ont trouvé une confirmation clinique. On inclut dans une image de maladie à des fins de recherche les paramètres d'influence, liés d'une façon statistiquement stable à la maladie, on calcule les valeurs de fiabilité de l'hypo- et de l'hyperdiagnostic pour chaque maladie ainsi que des intervalles de confiance pour les paramètres d'influence. Pour chaque maladie déterminée, on compare les 'images de maladies à des fins de recherche' avec une pluralité de paramètres du patient diagnostiqué. Si la pluralité de paramètres initiaux rentre dans les intervalles de confiance pour tous les paramètres d'influence de cette 'image de maladie à des fins de recherche', on diagnostique cette maladie chez le patient. L'invention permet d'augmenter la fiabilité des examens effectués.
