Description

AUTOMATIC TOILAT SEAT LIFTING APPARATUS
Set of cover of WC that includes a support structure in the floor, and another structure, which is pivoted in their front part, that it serves of support to the cover and whose movement is activated by means of electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
Description of the known material
At the present time the sanitariums (WC) possess a cover that is pivoted in the back part of this, only allowing to get up and to lower the cover modifying the angle regarding the pivot, and whose height from the floor transforms in an impediment for people of the third age and for those health recovering periods when carrying out an above effort when sitting down. For diminished this impediment a rigid and resistant structure has been invented on the which it is mounted a base or seat (WC) with a central perforation which can ascend or descend by means of a hydraulic or pneumatic and electromechanical system activated automatically, pivoted in the front part of the bowl of the sanitarium allowing that rises and set positioned near the user's body, so he can control the cover to the horizontal position and vice versa.

The invention consists on a set of rigid and resistant material to the conditions of weight composed by a system of elevation of the structure activated automatically and pivoted in the front part by means of bushing or bearing systems located in the fixation structure to the floor. The elevation system too can be located in the back part of the support structure of the cover of the bathroom. The base or seat of support of the body, with central perforation, of the sanitarium (WC) is fixed in the mobile structure of rigid material. The system of elevation of the structure is protected with a cover with rigid material so the user doesn't have access and exposition to the pieces in movement and to the electromechanical system.
The operation consists that the user with physical impediment, by means of the command of control of height, set the mobile structure of the bathroom in the position that more it accommodates him depending on his condition, so he carries out the smallest effort to lean on in this. Once supported, proceeds to lower the structure until it is in horizontal position. To stop it operates in inverse sense the mechanism.

1. - Set cover of bathroom and it structures of rigid and resistant material to the conditions of weight pivoted in the front part activated automatically by means of a elevation system CHARACTERIZED because the set possesses a motor unit composed by an electric motor, a pump, a reservoir of oil and hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders and a structure of rigid and resistant material that it serves of support to the bathroom cover (seat WC) and pivoted in the fixation structure to the floor with a salient crank where is fixed an extreme of the hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder, the other extreme of the cylinder it is located in the support structure at floor level.
2. - Set cover of bathfddm and it tructures of rigid and resistant material to the conditions of weight pivoted in the front part activated automatically by means of an elevation system according to the claim N*l, CHARACTERIZED because the elevation system can be provided by means of an electric motor and a reducing of speed box, transmitting the movement to the mobile structure by means df engagements and chain and activated automatically by means of command to go up-lower, with brake system.
