Abstract

L'invention relève des équipements de mesure et peut être utilisée pour visualiser des profils d'objets tridimensionnels. Le dispositif de l'invention utilise le principe de 'rétroéclairage structuré' et comprend une source de rayonnement optique et les éléments suivants, disposés en série sur le trajet du rayonnement optique: un transparent, un objectif supplémentaire qui permet de former un rétroéclairage structuré de l'objet par un système de bandes, un objectif principal, un photo-enregistreur, une unité électronique numérique, une deuxième unité de comparateur électronique numérique dont la mémoire contient l'image numérique de la structure de bandes ayant une périodicité suivant une seule coordonnée. Le transparent se présente comme une diapositive possédant une structure de bandes ayant une périodicité suivant deux coordonnées. Le comparateur soustrait à l'image enregistrée l'image de bandes enregistrée dans sa mémoire. Par conséquent, on obtient une image dans laquelle les trous traversants sont codés par des valeurs d'éclairage négatives et interprétés sans ambiguïtés. Ce schéma permet d'éliminer les erreurs de contrôle élevées et d'augmenter l'exactitude et la fiabilité du dispositif.
