Abstract

L'invention porte sur une boîte métallique comportant une paroi latérale tubulaire (10) de section circulaire ou polygonale, aux extrémités de laquelle sont respectivement serties la paroi supérieure (11) et la paroi inférieure (12). La paroi latérale (10) d'une telle boîte cylindrique présente une partie supérieure, et facultativement une partie inférieure espacées axialement des zones de sertissage, et comportant chacune une série de sillons (17) constituant des zones circonférentielles de moindre résistance. Lesdits sillons (17) sont normalement continus, mais peuvent se limiter aux sommets longitudinaux arrondis des boites de section polygonale.
