Abstract

L'invention concerne un accessoire et un procédé de fabrication de jouets gonflables ou de ballons. Le jouet gonflable de l'invention est fait d'un film de mylar, de nylon, de polyester, ou de polypropylène, ou de laminés de ceux-ci, de préférence métallisés. On l'obtient à partir d'une structure rectangulaire pouvant être doublée sur sa longueur, et on utilise une bande adhésive dans la partie tubulaire, de manière à donner forme et à structurer le jouet, ainsi qu'un dispositif de scellage thermique au commencement de la pointe conique et de ses variantes. Le jouet gonflable ressemble à une fusée spatiale, est fait de mylar, de nylon, de polyester ou de polypropylène, de préférence métallisés, et formé d'un corps tubulaire cylindrique fermé par son extrémité supérieure, de manière que cette extrémité s'achève en pointe afin qu'une fois gonflé, le corps cylindrique soit aérodynamique, facilitant le vol et le planage du jouet, l'extrémité inférieure du corps cylindrique se trouvant ouverte afin de permettre son gonflage pour former une base permettant au jouet de rebondir. De plus, le corps tubulaire n'est pas scellé thermiquement mais seulement uni longitudinalement grâce au chevauchement de ses extrémités longitudinales sur lesquelles est placée une large bande adhésive spéciale, laquelle doit être soumise à un taillage sous pression afin d'être le plus hermétique possible. La bande doit être, de préférence, transparente et ne doit présenter ni plis ni canaux. Le corps cylindrique peut se présenter sous forme ondulée, angulaire et hélicoïdale.
