Abstract

Pile à combustible comprenant une succession de cellules élémentaires (161 à 16n), chacune de ces cellules comportant une structure centrale (361) formée d'une membrane et de deux électrodes, disposées de part et d'autre de cette membrane, ainsi que des moyens de séparation, permettant de séparer chaque cellule par rapport à la ou à chaque cellule adjacente, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins deux cellules adjacentes (161, 162, 163, ..., 16n) sont pourvues de moyens de séparation indépendants (441, 422, 442, 423, …, 44n_1, 42n) , propres à chacune de ces deux cellules, de sorte que ces deux cellules adjacentes peuvent être désolidarisées l'une de l'autre.
