Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection de particules et de photons chargés à l'aide de particules secondaires. Ledit dispositif est composé d'un substrat, d'une couche de diamant appliquée sur le substrat, servant de couche de détection de particules, d'un détecteur destiné à détecter les électrons secondaires émis par la couche de diamant lorsque les particules et photons chargés frappent ladite couche de diamant (Channeltron), et d'une unité de traitement de signal destinée au détecteur d'électrons secondaires.
