Abstract

Wax electronic candle according to the invention represents the combination of the good characteristics of the electronic candle and at the same time eliminates the faults of the classical wax candle and at the same time gives the impression of the classical wax candle in the way, that the electronic part (1) with all the elements for switching on is inserted into the wax body (6), including the electric power source, in the way, that it immitates burning of the candle, whereby the wax body (6) can be inserted or poured into the plastic or other casing (7), as well.

Description

WAX ELECTRONIC CANDLE
The object of the invention is the wax electronic candle, which has the electronic network in wax coating with all elements for switching on, including the electric power source. The object of the invention belongs to the F 21 L 5/00 class of the international patent classification.
The suggested solution is successfully solving the problems, appearing at classical wax candles, and gives the visual outside image of the classical wax candle.
The problems appearing at classical wax candles are present in particular during the short burning period of the self-standing classical wax candles, in particular in the open and in windy weather. For avoiding such problems the classical wax candles are often as well inserted into variously shaped open or closed casings or containers, respectively, which none the less are not solving the problem of long-time full burning, as the candle goes out in spite of the protection and in spite of different construction solutions rearly burns to the end. Because of the short burning period and inability to relight the candle, the candles are usually thrown away only half burned. In this way many useful materials are thrown away, that are hardly recycled, as first the wax and the usually plastic casings must be collected separately. The classical wax candles without special casings are also not appropriate for decorative lighting of rooms, as they can easily cause fire.
All these faults are eliminated by the electronic candle, which has the electronic network in the plastic casing, and imitates burning of the common candle. Such solution eliminates the faults of the previously mentioned classical wax candles, however because of its image, that usually does not remind on the common wax candle, such candles are not especially popular.
Wax electronic candle according to the invention represents the combination of the good characteristics of the electronic candle and at the same time eliminates the faults of the classical wax candle and at the same time gives the impression of the classical wax candle in the way, that the electronic part, which imitates burning of the candle, is inserted into the wax body, whereby the wax body can be inserted or poured into the plastic or other casing, as well.
The invention will be described in detail on the basis of enbodiment case and the pictures, which show:
Fig. 1 wax electronic candle according to the invention in the side view;
Fig. 2 wax electronic candle according to the invention in cross section in the plastic casing. Wax electronic candle according to the invention consists of the wax body 6 and the electronic part 1 , realized in the shape of small closed box with the light 2 attached on one side, the light 2 imitates the wick and is inserted into the glass coating 3, in the shape of the stylized flame. Electronic part 1 contains built-in power source 4, which is sufficient for several-ten-days burning and the switch element 5, which can be realized on different parts, and which provides for lighting the candle according to the invention. The electronic part 1 is inserted into the wax body 6, which completely surrounds the electronic part 1 , as shown in picture 1. From the latter only the light 2 in coating 3, made of e.g. transparent PVC plastic, and the switch element 5 for lighting project.
However, with the wax part 6 it is possible to fill the electronic part 1 into the plastic casing 7 in the way, that it completely covers the electronic part 1. From the latter only the light 2 in coating 3, made of e.g. transparent PVC plastic, and the switch element 5 for lighting project.
The wax electronic candle, made according to the invention in the described manner, satisfactorily solves the problem of fires in the case of unsupervised burning of the common wax candles, can be used in all rooms, is not sensitive to different weather conditions, and apart from that represents also the ecological product, as it works at least five times longer than common wax candle, and there is less waste wax and plastic.
