Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition catalytique à base de deux, et éventuellement trois, catalyseurs utilisable dans le traitement des gaz d'échappement de moteurs fonctionnant en mélange pauvre notamment. Cette composition est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un premier catalyseur qui comprend au moins un métal précieux sur un support à base d'oxyde de cérium, d'oxyde de titane ou d'un mélange d'oxyde de zirconium et d'oxyde de titane; un second catalyseur du type piège à NOx et, éventuellement, un troisième catalyseur ayant au moins une fonction de réduction des NOx.
