Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système pouvant être utilisés de manière à établir de façon dynamique des relations entre des identificateurs d'objets (OID) de protocole simple de gestion de réseau (SNMP) et des ressources de données avec lesquelles ils sont associées. Dans un mode de réalisation, des noms conviviaux peuvent être utilisés pour identifier les ressources et y accéder, de manière que l'association dynamique entre OID et une ressource puisse être obtenue par un mécanisme d'acheminement permettant d'associer de façon dynamique OID et un nom de ressource. Une application de nom OID peut être utilisée pour lier un nom de ressource à un ou plusieurs OID. L'application peut être générée et modifiée par modification des fichiers de configuration, sans pour autant changer de logiciel, de micrologiciel ou de matériel. Par conséquent, la génération d'une nouvelle application ou la modification d'une application existante destinée à un nouveau cadre d'exploitation peuvent être exécutées facilement et rapidement.
