Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zur Oberflächenstrukturierung einer Folie mit Strukturgrössen im Mikro- und Nanometerbereich. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass eine Folie mit wenigstens einer Folienoberfläche, in der wenigstens abschnittsweise zusammenhängende, zur Folienoberfläche einseitig offen ausgebildete Mikrokanäle vorgesehen sind, bereitgestellt wird, dass eine zweite Folie mit der oberflächenstrukturierten Folie derart verfügt wird, dass die Mikrokanäle von der zweiten Folie fluid- und/oder gasdicht überdeckt werden, und dass wenigstens ein flüssiges oder gasförmiges Medium durch die Mikrokanäle geleitet wird, das durch chemische Wechselwirkung Folienmaterial innerhalb der Mikrokanäle zur Erzeugung von Mikro- und/oder Nanostrukuren abträgt und/oder Beschichtungsmuster mit Strukturgrößen im Mikro-und/oder Nanometerbereich erzeugt.
