Description

DESCRIPTION ENRICHED DIESEL FUEL COMPOSITION
Field of the Invention
The invention is concerned with the enrichment of diesel fuel used in a lot of vehicles from automobiles to heavy machinery and heating systems.
Background Of The Invention
With the result of widespread of engines using diesel fuel and the increase in consumption by the widening of the usage area of the fuel in question, a lot of studies have been made beginning from approximately 40 years ago till today to whether for an inexpensive production or to make it more productive and less harmful to the environment, various patents are taken for some fuel compositions developed.
WO O192440, DE 2701588, DE 3023372, GB 1011500, CN 1284539, CN U 82120, US 4746420 and CH 678283 numbered patents are some of the examples for the similar studies. Somewhat abundant of the inventions protected with these patents, fuel is enriched with adding of some various compounds or increasing the amount of fuel with adding of water again with some various compounds. Some of the previous studies mentioned are in the object of decreasing the harmful gasses revealing with the burning of diesel fuel or to facilitate filtering and injection of the fuel by increasing the fluidity of the fuel. A common peculiarity encountered within these previous studies is the adding of alcohol based or vegetal oil more then once and even the usage of 5 - 6 compounds together in some compositions to enrich the fuel. In response of advantages obtained with such an application, cost of fuel increases with the compounds which are anyhow expensive. As a result, within these above mentioned studies, no solution is attained gathering the advantages obtained by separate studies and decreasing the production cost at the same time.
With the invention subject to the patent, important features are obtained by a single composition which can be supplied with many different studies like enrichment and complete burning of the fuel, increase in productivity, obtaining higher productivity in the engines with lower temperatures and removal of the harm to environment and decreasing the product cost by increasing the amount of the fuel with the adding of highly inexpensive compound.
Summary of the Invention
The invention subject to the patent is the fuel composition obtained by adding a definite ratio of water as emulator with certain amount of Alkyl ether sulfate added and filtered to reduce strength with common methods and the procedure of obtaining this composition.
With this method, diesel fuel changes form and whitens and it reaches a certain solidity with the increase in viscosity, thus with a unit of fuel used, a 20 - 25% more enriched and an environment friendly fuel composition is obtained.
Description of the Invention
Petroleum products act as hydrophobic which means it does not mix with water, unless operated with any process. But mixing of the fuel with water with some processes is possible on account of these products being non - hydrophobic at the same time.
The invention subject to the patent is in the aim of obtaining a by water augmented and enriched fuel composition with the thought of the above mentioned idea. Emulator water supplement and diesel fuel can be mixed with this invention. The product forming the subject of the invention is obtained with two stages. At the beginning of the first stage, an enriching compound is obtained by adding a - 5 unit of Alkyl Ether Sulfate as emulator to 100 unit of water which is filtered to reduce strength with common methods. Alkyl Ether Sulfate homogeneously disperses in water with no need of supplementary processes like incubation, heating or mixing. The pale enriching compound obtained becomes ready to use with adding of certain amount of emulator as mentioned above.
As the second step after obtaining the enriching compound, this compound is added to diesel fuel and the ferment is formed which will be used at the second stage to facilitate the obtaining of enriched diesel fuel composition. 12,5 - 35 unit of emiching compound is added to 100 unit of diesel fuel contained within the production tank, while this ferment is obtained. 5 - 25 minutes of wait is needed after the addition of certain amount of supplies stated above. Within this period, enriching compound added to diesel fuel . sinks to the bottom of the tank because of the difference in density and the fuel comes up as a layer. First signs of emulation begin during this first transaction and an increase in thickness with small white spherical masses is observed. Enriching compound, sank down in the tank is poured over the diesel fuel again with an appropriate pump to hasten the emulation process which has begun with the purpose of protecting the homogeneous structure, at the end of this period. After this first circulation, new compound will be observed and a second circulation after a wait of 5 - 25 minutes is processed if the compound within the tank did not become a white and consistent form.
This circulation and waiting processes are repeated until the compound within the tank becomes white as milk and viscous. At the end of second circulation, the appropriate compound is obtained and first stage comes to an end with the condition of using small scaled but high tanks.
This milky white and viscous compound obtained at the end of the first stage is actually the enriched diesel fuel aimed to be finally produced and is ready to use at all the systems working with diesel fuel. But the real status of this compound is to use as ferment to obtain enriched diesel fuel more easily and swift during the second stage which is the series production stage.
Second stage is the stage of obtaining the final product as stated above. At this stage, the final compound can quickly be obtained with the method similar to the first stage with the use of the enriched fuel supplied by the first stage, as a ferment.
As the first step of the second stage, first composition obtained from the first stage is added to the production tank with an amount of 1/ 10 - 1/ 3 of the new fuel to be produced. After that 100 unit of diesel fuel is added to the tank and 12/5 - 35 unit of enriching compound for 100 unit of diesel fuel as stated at the first stage. Following the addition of the materials, the pump is operated and circulation is started after a wait of 3 - 20 minutes. The difference of this step from the first stage is the final compound is obtained more quickly. This means, white diesel fuel with high viscosity is obtained and is offered for use, at the end of the first circulation.
The diesel fuel forming the invention subject to the patent is used in all kinds of vehicles and generators like automobiles, trucks, buses, locomotives, vessels, heavy machinery and in heating systems working with diesel fuel.
At the experiments executed with the diesel fuel subject to the invention, 10 % of more productivity is obtained from the vehicles operated with diesel fuel, on condition that with the same engine RPM. This increase in the productivity comes out because of the complete burning when enriched diesel fuel is used. Furthermore, complete burning means that harmful gases do not come out to the atmosphere and it is environmental friendly.
On the other hand, engines using enriched diesel fuel produces lower heat compared to the heat produced in the conditions of using diesel fuel, which means the engines using this fuel operates in low temperatures. The positive effect of this feature on productivity comes out if it's considered that the heat produced during the operation of the engine is the energy that is lost. Another advantage of the fuel is the decrease in fuel cost. After the operated process, 100 unit of diesel fuel, with addition of enriched diesel fuel obtained with a very low expenditure, reaches to an amount between 112,5 - 135 and as a result more energy production is obtained with less fuel.
The diesel fuel subject to the invention can almost be directly used with the vehicles worldng with diesel fuel with no need of modifications or additions. But with a limited number, fuel filters in the vehicles using paper filters must be replaced with cotton filters. It will come out that there will be no extra cost with this change, if it's considered that the fuel filters are needed to be replaced periodically.
This enriched, more productive and environment friendly fuel, obtained by the addition of enriched compound to diesel fuel with the appropriate method like mentioned above, is offered to users as an alternative to limited energy sources.
