Abstract

Mobile Kommunikations-Einrichtung, insbesondere für ein elektronisches Gebührenzahlungssystem, mit einem Kommunikationsgerät (2), dem ein Montagesockel (4) zur Befestigung an einer Fläche (9), wie an einer Windschutzscheibe (8) eines Kraftfahrzeuges, zugeordnet ist, wobei der Montagesockel (4) und das Kommunikationsgerät (2) gesonderte, miteinander lösbar verbindbare bzw. verbundene Baueinheiten sind, und wobei der Montagesockel (4) eine ein Codesignal abgebende Aktivierungsschaltung für das Kommunikationsgerät (2) enthält; der Montagesockel (4) weist als Aktivierungsschaltung eine Speicherschaltung (23) für einen Identifikationscode sowie einen den montierten Zustand des Montagesockels (4) an der Fläche (9) erfassenden Sensor (17, 27, 27') auf, der im montierten Zustand des Montagesockels (4) ein Auslesen des Identifikationscodes ermöglicht, und das Kommunikationsgerät (2) weist eine im montierten Betriebszustand mit der Speicherschaltung (23) kommunizierende Identifikationscode-Übernahme- und -Prüfeinheit (53) auf, wobei der Sensor (17, 27, 27') bei Demontagedes Montagesockels (4) zur Unterbrechung der Identifikationscode-Übernahme aktivierbar ist.
