Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé pour émettre une carte et traiter une liste noire par des communications sans fil. Une carte financière/d'identification (ID) destinée à être utilisée dans une unité mobile est émise, dans laquelle des informations financières/de carte ID sont transmises et stockées dans une mémoire interne ou une mémoire externe comprenant une puce CI amovible telle qu'un système SIM, USIM, UIM et EMV, dans l'unité mobile et ainsi l'unité mobile est utilisée comme remplacement d'une carte plastique. De même, lorsqu'une suspension d'utilisation ou une annulation d'enregistrement se produit par une déclaration de perte ou de vol d'une carte, et un mauvais enregistrement de crédit selon un contrôle du crédit, des informations de liste noire (B/L) sont enregistrées dans la mémoire interne ou la mémoire externe stockant des informations financières/de la carte ID correspondantes à l'aide de communications sans fil, de telle sorte que si l'enregistrement des informations (B/L) a été contrôlé au moment de l'utilisation de l'unité mobile en remplacement d'une carte plastique, une transaction par carte peut être rejetée.
