Abstract

Selon l'invention, le procédé de protection et de contrôle de l'authenticité des informations consiste à transmettre les informations initialement enregistrées par un ordinateur dans une unité rémanente (5) de mémoire fiscale (MF) du module de chiffrage électronique (MCE) (6). La protection cryptographique de la base de données se fait pendant le transfert des informations initiales vers l'unité de MF (5). Pour chaque document, on met en place une protection cryptographique individuelle grâce à la formation sur ce document d'une signature numérique individuelle (SNI) (7), stockée dans l'unité de MF (5). Le contrôle de l'authenticité des informations se fait par la comparaison de la SNI (7) du document à contrôler avec la signature numérique formée dans le dispositif cryptographique d'étalonnage (15) de l'unité (12) d'identification sur la base des informations directement enregistrées dans ce document. L'algorithme de la liaison informationnelle du processeur de cryptographie (10) au processeur de communication (8) est organisé de manière à permettre la formation en temps réel de la SNI (7) dans chaque document de la base de données sur la base des informations initiales du document en question, lors de transmission de ces informations à l'unité rémanente de MF (5).
