Abstract

The invention relates to an oligonucleotide array comprising a substrate encompassing at least one field, wherein oligonucleotides with a field-specific sequence are immobilized in said at least one field. The immobilized oligonucleotides of the at least one field are modified in such a way that they are stable as a single strand and/or double strand with respect to enzymatic, chemical, physical and/or chemical-physical degradation.
