Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'impression de bouteilles PET mis en oeuvre lors de l'étape de soufflage de la préforme. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que la zone d'impression d'une préforme, chauffée à la température de soufflage, est soumise pendant un court instant, soit à l'action d'un timbre dont la température est inférieure à celle de la préforme chauffée, soit à une impression sous la forme d'un matériau à coefficient élevé de chaleur de vaporisation, à une température de pulvérisation plus basse que celle de la préforme chauffée, soit à l'action d'un timbre dont la température est inférieure à celle de la préforme chauffée, recouverte de matériau colorant, ou caractérisée en ce que la préforme est imprimée, avant chauffage, par pulvérisation d'un matériau réfléchissant, cette préforme étant ensuite, dans tous les cas, soufflée et refroidie.
