Abstract

The present invention relates to structure of shock-absorbing shoe sole. As shown in the above description of the present invention, the present invention provides the elasticity due to the action of spring (11) that is arranged in the spring acceptor (2) of the heel (1). Particularly, because there is no short sill in the sliptap (7) and the bottoms of the insole (6) while it is cushioned down, its wearability is like that of the usual shoes. Also, changing the worn out heel (1) into the new, there takes place no damage at the shock-absorbing equipment. So, it is convenient to change and preserve. Due to the cushioning up and down by the spring (11)'s elasticity, the air in the bottoms of sliptap (7) is emitted out through the air-circulating hole (8c) that is located the part under the user's toes via the bottom line of the slipsole (8). Therefore, the various bad smells in the shoes are emitted out. The acupressure buttons (8b) that are located in the middle bottom of the slipsole (8) and are the bronze buttons with diameter of 8 mm and thickness of 2 mm, stimulate the physically important point in the sole of user's foot. Therefore, it help the user to relieve the coldness of his foots, to relieve the fatigues, to reduce the high blood pressure, and to solve the problem of insomnia.

Description

STRUCTURE OF SHOCK-ABSORBING SHOE SOLE
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention:
The present invention is a structure of shock-absorbing shoes sole which is contrived to make the shoes insole to absorb shocks on the insole of the heel whenever user walks taking on this shoes, to relieve user's fatigues of his foots, and to help the air circulation in shoes so that can provide the deodorizing effect in the shoes. There was a former technique to provide the shoes sole with the shock-absorbing effect.
Description of the Prior Art:
Among those above mentioned former techniques, a Korean utility model (the
application No. 1981-3809, sole of shock-absorbing shoes) had the following structure and characteristics: the backward frank side was double-bent so that the shock-absorbing plate had the elastic layers; the hole for coil spring was drilled on the bottom layer of shock-absorbing plate; the plate on which a ring was fixed was fixed the back of the
upper layer; the ring was connected with the upper part of coil spring; the bottom part of coil spring was inserted into the space between the rings which were inserted in the sole of shoe. Although the above mentioned shock-absorbing plate showed good wearability, it had the defect that the wearability of heel was not good while cushioning-down because the bent front part and the double-bent back part were overlapped. The other Korean utility model (the application No. 1995-12265, sole of a shoe) had the following structure and characteristics: a coil spring was inserted into the overlapped soles; an iron plate was fixed on the middle sill; the back heel that was protruded from the lower plate and the front heel was connected with by a coil spring; the front part and back part of the upper plate was connected by nut; a drop away was made between the upper plate and the lower plate; the usual sole was fixed on the undersurface; its insole did not have the shock-absorbing part; several coil springs was fixed on the lower plate under the bottom of shoe in which was connected with the back heel by the drop away; it has the defect that it is difficult to shake off the stained soils, and that there is the possibility for the coil spring to be separated if the lower plate which
is apt to be worn out would not be changed.
The third Korean utility model (the application No. 1998-10737, shock-absorbing insole) had the following structure and characteristics: the highly elastic carbon materials that is suitable to apply for sports shoes, mountaineering footwear and running shoes, was used to combine the elevating cap that was inserted into the hole on the upper plate and the fixing cap that was inserted into the hole on the lower plate in the shock- absorbing unit which is in the back of the two shock-absorbing unit, which penetrate the inside of the sole, so that the two caps could slide into each other; there are fixed a spring in the shock-absorbing unit; because, once the bottom piece of heel was worn out, it was to remake the shoe by changing only the bottom piece, it is inefficient to use.
In the case of the another Korean utility model (application No. 1992-18387), in spite that there was the cushioning unit that was fixed at the base part of a shoe by inserting the fixed ball that had a short sill in the center of the disk spring, it had the defect that, if the soils or the alien substances were held in the crack between the heel and the auxiliary heel, the heel of shoe became dirty, and that the wearability is not good because of the inserted iron plate into the heel.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a structure of shock-absorbing shoes sole which is contrived to make the shoes insole to absorb shocks on the insole of the heel whenever user walks taking on this shoes, to relieve user's fatigues of his foots, and to help the air circulation in shoes so that can provide the deodorizing effect in the shoes.
There was a former technique to provide the shoes sole with the shock-absorbing effect. However, in the technique, there were some problems such as followings: the shock-absorbing equipment was protruded out of the heel of shoes; because the crack of the shock-absorbing part was exposed, various alien substances were held in that and the shoes became dirty; it was difficult to change the old shock-absorbing equipment into the new; because the shock-absorbing part was worn out, the wearability was worse.
So, the present invention proposes a structure of shock-absorbing shoes sole that has the following characteristics: that provides the shock-absorbing sole with spring (11) that has the action of cushion-up and cushion-down; that removes the short sill out to increase the wearability; that the heel of the shoe was made to be changed when it was worn out. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The present invention will be a structure of shock-absorbing shoes sole which
is contrived to make the shoes insole to absorb shocks on the insole of the heel whenever user walks taking on this shoes, to relieve user's fatigues of his foots, and to help the air circulation in shoes so that can provide the deodorizing effect in the shoes.
There was a former technique to provide the shoes sole with the shock-absorbing
effect.
Among those above mentioned former techniques, a Korean utility model (the application No. 1981-3809, sole of shock-absorbing shoes) had the following structure and characteristics: the backward frank side was double-bent so that the shock-absorbing plate had the elastic layers; the hole for coil spring was drilled on the bottom layer of shock-absorbing plate; the plate on which a ring was fixed was fixed the back of the upper layer; the ring was connected with the upper part of coil spring; the bottom part of
coil spring was inserted into the space between the rings which were inserted in the sole of shoe. Although the above mentioned shock-absorbing plate showed good wearability, it had the defect that the wearability of heel was not good while cushioning-down because the bent front part and the double-bent back part were overlapped.
The other Korean utility model (the application No. 1995-12265, sole of a shoe) had the following structure and characteristics: a coil spring was inserted into the
overlapped soles; an iron plate was fixed on the middle sill; the back heel that was protruded from the lower plate and the front heel was connected with by a coil spring;
the front part and back part of the upper plate was connected by nut; a drop away was made between the upper plate and the lower plate; the usual sole was fixed on the undersurface; its insole did not have the shock-absorbing part; several coil springs was
fixed on the lower plate under the bottom of shoe in which was connected with the back heel by the drop away; it has the defect that it is difficult to shake off the stained soils, and that there is the possibility for the coil spring to be separated if the lower plate which
is apt to be worn out would not be changed.
The third Korean utility model (the application No. 1998-10737, shock-absorbing
insole) had the following structure and characteristics: the highly elastic carbon materials that is suitable to apply for sports shoes, mountaineering footwear and running shoes,
was used to combine the elevating cap that was inserted into the hole on the upper plate and the fixing cap that was inserted into the hole on the lower plate in the shock- absorbing unit which is in the back of the two shock-absorbing unit, which penetrate the inside of the sole, so that the two caps could slide into each other; there are fixed a spring in the shock-absorbing unit; because, once the bottom piece of heel was worn out, it was to remake the shoe by changing only the bottom piece, it is inefficient to use.
The technical tasks that the present invention seeks;
The present invention proposes a structure of shock-absorbing shoes sole that has the following characteristics: that provides the shock-absorbing sole with spring (11) that has the action of cushion-up and cushion-down; that removes the short sill out to increase the wearability; that the heel of the shoe was made to be changed when it was worn out.
Particularly, the present invention proposes the structure of shock-absorbing shoes sole that prevents the shock-absorbing unit from being protruded so that various alien substances can not be held, and that can be applied easily for the existent shoes or running shoes.
The structure and function of the present invention; Fig. 1 is the perspective view that shows the assembling features of only the base shoe sole. Fig. 2 is the exploded perspective view of the Fig. 1 that shows the followings: there is a spring(l l) in the spring acceptor(2) that is located in the space between the front reinforcing plate(3) and the back reinforcing plate(3'); the bottom sole(4) with the hole(4') is fixed on the heel(l) so that the above mentioned spring(l l) can be freely inserted; the middle hasp(9) with the middle sill(9') is located at the subzone hole(5') on
the subzone(5); insole(6) with the insole hole(ό') is putted on the heel; the hole rivet(lθ) is fixed while penetrating the subzone hole(5') and the insole hole(6'); the hole rivet(lθ) is linked with the uppers of the shoe and the bottoms of the subzone(5) as one thing; in
the insole hole(6') and the subzone hole(5'), the hole in the sliptap(7') that is protruded from the undersurface of the sliptab(7) is inserted into the spring(l 1) which is in the
heel(l); and, the slipsole(8) is added on it; the several acupressure bosses(8a) is made in the part of the slipsole(8) corresponding to the heel; the two acupressure buttons(8b) in
the center of the slipsole(8); the several air-circulating holes(8c) in the front of the heel.
According to the Fig. 3 which is the vertical cross section of the feature that the
shoe is cushioned up and the Fig. 4 which is vertical cross section of the feature that the shoe is cushioned down, the shock-absorbing equipment in the present invention is fixed as like the usual heel, being in the spring acceptor(2) in the heel(l). Therefore, the shoe
with it looks like the usual shoe and there is no possibility for the soils or the alien substances to be held in the crack of the shock-absorbing equipment.
Additionally, once the heel(l) is changed when the heel(l) has been worn out, the other shock-absorbing parts are not damaged. Therefore it is very economic.
Whenever a user walks taking on the shoes made according to the present invention, only the sliptap(7) is cushioned up and down at the height of 5mm by the elasticity of the spring(l l). So, the shoes have the outstandingly improved wearability than that of the conventional shoes.
This improvement of wearability is due to the following structure: when the sliptap(7) is pressed and cushioned down by the user's weight, the hole in the sliptap(7') is entirely inserted into the insole hole(ό') at the insole(6) and the subzone hole(5') at the subzon(5); so, because the short sill is not made differently from the conventional cases, the wearability is improved.
The sliptap(7) of this invention is cushioned up and down by the elasticity of the spring(l 1) so that it plays the role that emits out the air in the bottoms of the sliptap(7) through the air-circulating hole(8c) along the bottom line of the slipsole(8) so that the various bad smells are emitted out of the shoes.
The acupressure buttons(8b) that are located in the middle bottom of the slipsole(8) and are the bronze buttons with diameter of 8 mm and thickness of 2 mm, stimulate the physically important point in the sole of user's foot. Therefore, it help the user to relieve the coldness of his foots, to relieve the fatigues, to reduce the high blood pressure, and to solve the problem of insomnia.
