Abstract

This invention relates to an earphone wire winding case equipped with specially designed [⊂] type plug. This earphone case shall be attached with the portable equipments tightly, because the plug is jointed with the case directly. And some spare length of the plug wire instead of using separate sliding contactors to prevent the twisting of the plug wire when the earphone wire is pulled out/in from the case is wounded inside of the wire winding wheel, so that the earphone wire and the plug wire can be designed as one to eliminate any undesired connectional situation between them.

Earphone Wire and Plug Storage Case
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to an earphone wire storage case equipped with specially designed " <= " shaped plug, which will be able to be connected and attached tightly to the portable equipments .
The existing traditional retractable earphone wire storage case is composed with a wire-connected plug, which is dangling and swinging out of the case.
Besides, the printed circuit board for contacting with sliding terminal should be required to prevent the twisting of the earphone wire while pulling in/out from the case.
And this complicated fabrications was caused of some troubles and increasing the manufacturing cost.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
To solve these problems, attaching the specially designed " ■= " shaped plug to the case directly will be very useful for holding the earphone case tightly with the portable equipment.
And the winding of some spare length of the plug wire instead of using the sliding contactors will be useful to prevent the twisting of the plug wire, and useful to eliminate any undesired connectional situation between them.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Unlike the existing traditional earphone case has "-" or "> " shaped plug connected with rolled wire, after forming of the " <= " shaped plug bundle (32) having the protrusion ( 34 ) on the axis of plug bundle(35), and then insert the protrusion ( 34 ) into the inside of the "Ω" shaped flat spring(20).
The attaching method of this earphone storage case (10) is to insert the plug (33) into the cellular- phone or audio apparatus plug jack after right/left side turning of the plug bundle(32).
And then this earphone storage case (10) shall be attached with the cellular-phone or audio apparatus tightly, because the returning power of the pan spring(20) will effect and press the protrusion ( 34 ) .
Furthermore the existing traditional earphone wire storage case is composed with the printed circuit board for contacting with sliding terminal, which should be required to prevent the twisting of the earphone wire while pulling in/out from the case.
However, the spare wire (30) connected to the plug wire (31) instead of using the printed circuit board and the sliding contactors will be useful to prevent the twisting of the plug wire, and useful to eliminate any undesired connectional situation between them, because the spare wire (30) will also wind and pull to the small outer circumference of the axis of reel (15) according to the winding or pulling of the earphone wire (27) by the turning of the reel (28).

BEST MODE FOR CARRING OUT THE INVENTION
This earphone wire storage case equipped with the " <= " shaped plug will allow the easy pulling out of the earphone by the only one hand without holding the earphone case with the other hand, because the earphone wire storage case is attached with the portable equipment tightly.
Therefore, using of this invented earphone wire and plug storage case in the car, the cellular phone holder is not required, because the driver can easily pull out the ear-mike from the earphone case attached with the cellular phone in the pocket directly. So this earphone wire and plug storage case is also very convenient to handling and keeping the earphone set for PDA, notebook computer etc.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
The existing traditional earphone wire storage case is composed with the printed circuit board for contacting with sliding terminal, which should be required to prevent the twisting of the earphone wire (27) while pulling in/out from the case.

Claims

1. An earphone wire and plug storage case comprising :
" "= " shaped plug bundle(32) having the protrusion ( 34 ) on the axis of plug bundle (35) and the "Ω" shaped flat spring (20) for tight attaching of the case.
2. The earphone wire storage case of claim 1 wherein said the earphone wire and plug storage case includes the spare wire(30) outer circumference of the axis of reel (15) instead of using the sliding contactors to prevent the twisting of the earphone wire (27) while pulling in/out from the case.
