Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren, in dem ein Polyamid verwendet wird um den Spaltungsgrad von verbrüchenden Säureamidgruppen oder chemisch analog reagierenden Gruppen in chemischen Abbauprozessen in einem Material zu bestimmen. Dazu wird das Polyamid den gleichen hydrolytischen oder thermolytischen Abbaubedingungen ausgesetzt wie das zu untersuchende Polymer (Polypeptid, Protein). Anschliessend werden die Abbauprodukte mittels GPC, GC oder HPLC/MS analysiert und aus ihrer Zusammensetzung auf den Spaltungsgrad des chemisch ähnlichen Polymers und dessen Amidbrücken geschlossen.
