Abstract

Le matériau d'operculage ou opercule forme un matériau multicouche d'épaisseur E comprise entre 30νm et 140 νm, et est destiné à obturer par thermoscellage un récipient ou un pot typiquement à base de PP ou de PS. Il comprend: a) une couche externe CE en polyoléfine, d'épaisseur Ee allant de 0,9.E à 0,6.E; b) une couche de scellage CS, d'épaisseur Es allant de 0,1.E à 0,4.E, ladite couche de scellage et ladite couche externe en polyoléfine présentant une température de fusion, notée respectivement Ts pour la couche de scellage et To pour la couche en polyoléfine, telle que To-Ts soit au moins égal à 20 °C, et de préférence au moins égal à 30 °C. Avantages: matériau économique, facile à utiliser et à recycler.
