Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un matériau très poreux, non dégradable et présentant une surface très active. Le procédé consiste à: mélanger un polymère non dégradable avec un solvant ou un mélange de solvants; gélifier le mélange; et traiter le gel dans des conditions propres à créer une structure poreuse sensiblement exempte de solvant présentant une porosité supérieure à environ 80 %. Le matériau résultant présente une résistance mécanique et une architecture comprenant au moins une structure poreuse nanofibreuse, ou microfibreuse, ou non fibreuse complexe à architecture nanofibreuse, ou un mélange desdits éléments. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation d'un matériau très poreux, dégradable ou partiellement dégradable et présentant une surface très active. Le procédé consiste à: mélanger un polymère dégradable ou partiellement dégradable avec un mélange de solvants comprenant un premier solvant et un second solvant, le mélange de solvants présentant un ratio du premier solvant au second solvant supérieur à 1:1; gélifier le mélange; et traiter le gel dans des conditions propres à créer une structure poreuse sensiblement exempte de solvant présentant une porosité supérieure à environ 80 %. Le matériau résultant présente une résistance mécanique et une structure poreuse complexe à architecture nanofibreuse.
