operation of a mobile communication equipment.
In addition, the antenna installed in an equipment body of the wireless
equipment includes a wire connected with a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) of an
equipment body in the interior of an antenna for thereby implementing a signal
transmission and receiving operation in such a manner that the wire transmits a
signal received through the antenna and transmitted from the equipment body.
The antenna of the mobile communication equipment such as a wireless
communication equipment is detachably installed. A wire is extended from an
inner end portion of the antenna to an oscillator of the body of the communication
equipment. An end portion of the antenna is exposed to the outside of the body
of the communication equipment. A urethane pipe is installed in the exposed
portion of the antenna.
However, in the conventional art, since the antenna is formed of a urethane
material, when fabricating the antenna based on an injection method, the outer
surface of the antenna may be damaged due to a black dot or a certain line. In addition, when the antenna is exposed to an infrared ray, the color of the antenna
is easily discolored.
In addition, since the antenna is easily touched by a user's hand, the
surface of the antenna is polluted. In addition, the inks of the cloths may color the
antenna for thereby discoloring the antenna thereby. The colors between the body
of the communication equipment and the antenna are different. Therefore, the
outer appearance of the communication equipment is bad.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a urethane
antenna of a communication equipment and a method for coating an outer surface
of a urethane of the same which are capable of implementing various colors of
an antenna pipe by providing various colors to a pipe which covers an outer
portion of the antenna formed of a urethane based on a certain coating method,

communication equipment, implementing a stable coating state, fabricating an
antenna having various colors and obtaining a uniform color between the antenna
and the body of the communication equipment in the antenna which is installed
for implementing an efficient signal transmission and receiving operation of a
communication equipment such as a cellular phone, a wireless phone, a wireless transceiver, etc.
In order to achieve the above objects, there is provided a method for
coating an outer surface of an antenna of a communication equipment in a
communication equipment such as a cellular phone or a wireless equipment in
which an antenna is installed, which includes the steps of rinsing the antenna,
removing a foreign substance from the antenna by a hand massage, ionizing a
surface of the antenna from which a foreign substance is removed, forming a
metal base coating layer on a surface of the antenna for enhancing an adhesive
property with a certain part and implementing a reflection effect, drying the coating
portion in a first drying furnace, forming a color coating layer on the surface of the
coating portion using a paint having the same color as the color of the
communication equipment and drying the same, and forming a coating layer
based on a spray method for protecting the coating layer and drying the same for
thereby fabricating an antenna.
In order to achieve the above objects, there is provided an antenna of a
communication equipment in a communication equipment such as a cellular
phone or a wireless equipment in which an antenna is installed, which is
fabricated by rinsing the antenna, removing a foreign substance from the antenna
by a hand massage, forming a metal base coating layer on a surface of the
antenna from which the foreign substance is removed, for enhancing an adhesive property with a certain part and implementing a reflection effect, forming a coating
layer on the surface of the coating layer using a paint having the same color as
the color of the communication equipment and drying the same, and forming a
protection coating layer based on a spray method for protecting the coating layer
for thereby fabricating an antenna.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be explained with
reference to the accompanying drawings.
When fabricating a urethane antenna 2 of a communication equipment
such as a cellular phone or a wireless equipment, the antenna 2 is rinsed by a
certain times, and a foreign substance is removed by a hand massage. The
surface of the antenna 2 from which the foreign substances are removed is
ionized. A metal base coating layer 3 is formed on the surface of the antenna 2
for thereby enhancing an adhesive property with a certain part which is fabricated
based on an injection method and implementing a reflection effect. The coating
portion is dried in a first drying furnace.
When the coating layer 3 is dried, a color coating layer 4 is formed using
a certain paint having the same color as the color of the communication equip and
is dried. A protection coating layer 5 is formed on the coating layer 4 by a spray
method and is dried for thereby fabricating the antenna.
As described above, in the present invention, when fabricating the urethane
antenna 2 of the communication equipment 1 such as a cellular phone or a
wireless equipment, the surface of the antenna 2 is rinsed for forming a coating
layer in the antenna 2, and the foreign substance is removed therefrom by a hand- massage. In the above state, the surface of the antenna 2 is ionized. The metal
base coating layer 3 is coated on the surface of the antenna 2 for enhancing an
adhesive property with a certain injection part and implementing a reflection effect.
The coating portion is dried in the first drying furnace. When the coating layer is
coated, a color coating layer 4 is formed on the surface of the same by a spray
method by selecting a certain paint having the same color as the color of the
communication equipment. Thereafter, the resultant structure is dried again. A
coating layer 5 is formed on the dried color coating layer 4 by a spray method for
protecting the same and is dried for thereby fabricating an antenna.
As described above, when fabricating a urethane antenna of the
communication equipment 1 such as a cellular phone or a wireless transceiver,
the surface of the pipe of the antenna is ionized, and three coating layers are
formed on the surface of the antenna for thereby fabricating an antenna having
the same color as the body of the communication equipment. In the present
invention, it is possible to implementing various colors by matching the colors of
the antenna and the body of the communication equipment by the color coating
layer formed on the surface of the antenna. In addition, the coating layer is not
discolored and polluted by protecting the color coating layer based on the
protection coating layer. Therefore, in the present invention, it is possible to
implement an antenna having a good outer appearance and efficient signal transmission and receiving operation.
