Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système approprié pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé, destiné à fournir une information à partir d'un environnement d'information et de service en ligne à la suite d'une demande formulée par un utilisateur, système dans lequel des pages Web (32) dans un serveur (1) utilisé par l'abonné et/ou distribuées dans ledit serveur sont mémorisées dans d'autres serveurs d'un Intranet ou dans l'Internet. L'utilisateur utilise un serveur (1) comprenant un dispositif entrée/sortie (10) doté d'un navigateur (11), un dispositif de traitement de données (20) doté d'un processeur de profil (21), un agent d'accès (22) et un chercheur de noeuds (23), ainsi qu'une mémoire de données (30) avec des aires de mémoire pour des profils d'utilisateurs (31), et des profils d'utilisateurs (31) mémorisées dans celles-ci. Une fois que l'abonné s'est identifié lui-même par l'agent d'accès (22) dans le cadre d'une procédure d'accès, l'agent d'accès (22) saisit le profil d'utilisateur mémorisé correspondant (31) et requiert de l'utilisateur l'information supplémentaire. Le chercheur de noeuds (23) détecte ensuite au moins une page Web appariée (32), et le profil d'utilisateur (31) est actualisé.
