Description

The present invention relates to a method for the realization of direct communications between communication terminals such as computers, said communication being carried out through a communication network such as a LAN, WAN, Internet and / or the like.
As is known, more and more tools are used to communicate between users located within an Intranet, LAN or WAN. Such tools generally consume a significant portion of the bandwidth over which communication is established. When consuming such an important portion of said connection bandwidth, the majority choose to use programs that are limited to text-only communication, that is, they do not use audio and / or video transfer. It should be mentioned that these programs generally depend on a server through which communications are handled, since each user is identified either by a name or nickname or by a UIN (Universal Internet Number) or even by an e-mail address . Since these servers are not one hundred percent stable, communication between users cannot always be done. As a solution to these inconveniences of using at least one server to provide the communication service, a technology called peer to peer networking or port to port has been developed, where through an application installed on the users' PC, they can communicate without the need of said server. Unfortunately, such technology requires considerable bandwidth to perform acceptable and fluid communication.
It is then an objective of the present invention to provide a method for the realization of a direct communication between communication terminals such as computers without the use of a server that acts as a link between said computers. It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for conducting direct communications between communication terminals such as computers using only a minimal portion of the bandwidth used for the connection.
En caso de que dicha cadena sea correcta, se inicia la llamada entre dos computadoras como mínimo, al realizar dicha comunicación se deberá realizar un proceso de verificación, luego del cual se inicia un módulo de recepción para tratar con las variables de comunicación.SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) computers, said communication being made through a communications network such as a LAN, WAN, Internet and / or the like, wherein the method comprises establishing direct communication between at least two computers connected to a communications network, said communication being made by an application arranged in each of the computers, said application being comprised of a communication module located in a source file; said module performs the task of verifying the existence of any type of proxy controller in at least one computer, in case there is said controller, communicating to said computer the possibility of sending information but not receiving it, if not when established the communication can receive them, perform the opening of communication ports other than those used by other applications, capture the IP number assigned to at least one computer when connecting to said communications network, verify the connection of at least one computer to the communications network, in the event that said connection exists to send a result to a variable indicating the connection of said computer, in case said connection does not exist, a module for the realization of said connection is executed, once the connection is made said computer proceeds to start listening to the open ports for said communication by means of a command do that responds to a secure sequence of data string. In the event that said chain is correct, the call between at least two computers is initiated, when carrying out said communication a verification process must be carried out, after which a reception module is started to deal with the communication variables.
DichoFor clarity and understanding of the object of the present invention, it has been represented in one of the preferred embodiments, by way of example. With respect to the method of the present invention, it comprises an application that allows direct communication between at least two computers, regardless of the use of a server. As the main step in this method, the ports are opened, these ports are different from any other port and open and from any other application used to connect to the network or network. It is worth mentioning that as any person in the field will appreciate that said ports can be UDP ports or TCP ports, the same being configurable by the user. One of the ports is used for sending data and the other for receiving them. Since the communication is done through the recognition of the IP number, the miso must be known by the user. Saying
HOJA DE SUSTITUCIÓN (REGLA 26) número de I P es capturado en una variable que sirve para reconocer al usuario, sólo a modo informativo sin revelar hacia el exterior dicho número.SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) IP number is captured in a variable that serves to recognize the user, only for informational purposes without revealing said number to the outside.
If said file exists, a TRUE result is thrown in a variable indicating the state of connection of said computer to a network. In the event that said file is not found, a configuration module is executed which, in turn, executes an application for the configuration of a connection of said computer to a network, such as the Internet. When the connection is detected, the listening process or LISTEN of the previously opened ports starts. Said process will only respond to a secure sequence of data chains sent by each computer connected to said communication by performing an encryption with its own parameters. If the data chain is correct, communication between the computers that initiated the connection is established and direct communication is established. It should be noted that the initial communication is generated by means of a field, that is, users must enter the IP number of the computer to which they are communicating, when the communication is made, said computer sends the secure data chain and the initialization in a CASE (function that exists in most programming languages and functions as an evaluator)
At the moment that the communication is achieved between the computers, a receiving module is initiated so that with the treatment of the variables LISTEN, CASE, etc., the sending of data on the standard oriented communication is achieved. In the case of direct communication between computers, these variables are managed remotely from each of the user's computers allowing the use of a two-way communication, such as full duplex technology.
The method of the present invention captures the audio data and is sent instantaneously in string sentences, without the realization of Streaming (Supply of data packets at constant speed) making the connection speed to carry out the communication is only 1 Kbps , thus dispensing with the use of high bandwidths.
Además, laOn the other hand, it should be mentioned that the method of the present invention, by requiring a minimum bandwidth for data transmission between computers, allows the user to use other applications that require connection to a network without altering the performance of the same. Besides, the
Además, dicha aplicación cuenta con una verificación mediante nombre de usuario y/o clave personal para validar el uso del método en la máquina instalada.SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) Application of the method of the present invention comprises a noise reduction function, which makes it possible to suppress the noise that the communication channels may have by further reducing the bandwidth required for communication between computers. It should also be noted that the method provides security measures such as the possibility of registering IPs or IP range or ignoring them. In addition, this application has a verification by username and / or personal password to validate the use of the method on the installed machine.
Finally, it should be noted that the method of the present invention supports different operating system platforms such as Windows NT, 2K, XP, Sun Solaris, Linux, among others.
From the aforementioned it follows that the method of the present invention improves the quality of direct communication between two or more computers by reducing the bandwidth required for said communication, allowing users the possibility, among other things, of watching videos on- lin while maintaining active communication.
