Abstract

A connector (6) comprises a medium hole (6a), a junction plane for joining to a tank (4), the junction plane having the opening in the medium hole (6a) and also having a projecting piece (6d) projecting to the tank, the tank (4) having a connector communication hole (4c) communicating with the opening in the connector, wherein the projecting piece (6d) of the connector (6) is inserted into the tank (4) and is plastically deformed, whereby the connector (6) is temporally attached to the tank (4), whereupon the connector (6) is fixed to the tank (4) by brazing. The projecting piece (6d) of the connector (6) is locked to a vertical portion of the connector communication hole (4c) in the tank (4). Further, the tank is provided with a connector mounting member for mounting the connector during brazing in a furnace. Further, the connector has a pipe body to be connected to the tank and the tank is provided with a pipe body support member for supporting the pipe body.
