Abstract

Selon l'invention, l'appareil à laser ultraviolet pour traiter les maladies accompagnées de processus purulents comprend un laser solide (1) ayant une longueur d'ondes dans la gamme 250-290 nm, comprenant une source d'alimentation basse tension (2), branchée sur une entrée du système de pompage (3), à l'autre entrée duquel est branché un système de thermostabilisation (4). Un émetteur de rayonnement (5), relié optiquement au système de pompage (3), est connecté à un générateur de tensions sinusoïdales (6). Le laser comprend aussi des convertisseurs de rayonnement (7, 8), en deuxième et en quatrièmes harmoniques, respectivement, reliés optiquement à l'émetteur de rayonnement (5), et un système de commande (9) connecté par ces sorties, respectivement, à la source d'alimentation (2) et au système de thermostabilisation (4). La sortie du convertisseur de rayonnement (8) dans la quatrième harmonique est constituée par la sortie du laser et est reliée optiquement au système à fibres optiques (10) de transport du rayonnement laser. L'émetteur de rayonnement (5) se présente comme un laser solide à pompage par diode semi-conductrice, constitué d'un élément actif contenant du néodyme (17), d'un miroir semi-transparent (21) et d'un verrou opto-acoustique (20) disposé entre eux et branché sur le générateur (6) de tension sinusoïdale.
