Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant de déterminer de manière fiable des points physiologiques tels que «B», «C», «X» et «O» sur des signaux de cardiographe impédance (ICG). On a inventé un algorithme simple mais très précis pour traiter des signaux (ICG), lequel examine la relation entre des distances de points physiologiques (R-B,R-C,R-X,R-O) et des intervalles R-R. l'objectif est de recueillir des points physiologiques localisés en commandant la taille et l'emplacement de fenêtres autour de ces points adaptées aux intervalles R-R mesurés à partir des signaux (ECG). Il apparaît que les intervalles de temps entre R-B et R-C ne sont pas corrélés aux intervalles R-R. C'est à dire qu'ils restent presque constants, quels que soient les intervalles R-R. Néanmoins, les intervalles de R-X et de R-O présentent une relation linéaire par rapport aux intervalles R-R. En exploitant ces nouveaux résultats, on a déterminé les tailles de fenêtre variables autour de ces points physiologiques et on a surveillé les modifications de pente à l'intérieur de ces fenêtres. Ce procédé permet d'éviter le recours à des techniques de traitement de signal sophistiquées mais il fait preuve néanmoins d'une grande efficacité et présente des résultats prometteurs par une localisation précise des points physiologiques dans plus de 99 % des cas.
