Abstract

The invention relates to rotary machines for transferring liquids and gases. The inventive device comprises a body provided with working medium inlet and outlet passages and an annular channel embodied therein. A rotor provided with a by-pass passage is coaxially arranged inside said body. The internal surface of the rotor and the external surface of a shaft form a suction-compression chamber. The shaft axis is offset in relation to the rotor. A separating plate pivotally connected to the internal surface of the rotor is arranged in the slot of the shaft in such a way that it is reciprocally movable. The annular channel is integrated with the by-pass passage and connected to the outlet passage. The inventive structural design makes it possible to reduce energy consumption.
