Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Regeln der Sendeenergie bei einem Mobilfunk-Endgerät (10), insbesondere bei einem Mobiltelefon, umfassend die Schritte: A) Erfassen des Betriebszustands des Mobilfunk-Endgeräts (10) anhand von wenigstens einem Betriebsparameter (α, R, S, T), welcher auf einen Betrieb in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Benutzer schließen läßt und B) Regeln der Sendeenergie in Abhängigkeit von dem wenigstens einen erfaßten Betriebsparameter (α, R, S, T), wobei die Sendeenergie auf einen vorbestimmten oberen Grenzwert beschränkt ist, wenn der Betriebsparameter (α, R, S, T) anzeigt, daß das Mobilfunk-Endgerät (10) in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Benutzer betrieben wird.
