Abstract

A positive electrode terminal (2) is joined to the positive electrode (1a) of the cell body (1) of a cell, and a negative electrode terminal (3) is joined to the negative electrode (1b). Easily-breakable parts (2d, 3d) for facilitating breaking are provided in the projection areas of the positive and negative electrode terminals (2, 3) to which a cell body (1) is projected in the axial direction. When the positive and negative electrode terminals (2, 3) are broken at the easily-breakable parts (2d, 3d) so as to remove the cell from the circuit board, the positive and negative electrode terminals (2, 3) do not axially protrude from the cell removed. Therefore short circuit between the positive and negative electrodes due to a metallic piece hardly occurs, and accidents such as rupture of the cell due to the short circuit can be prevented.
