Abstract

The invention relates to a method for operating a system for introducing a gaseous medium into at least two reservoirs (9, 10) counter an entry pressure (pa1, pa2) inside the reservoirs that is preset each time. Relatively short control cycles are placed in stipulated time intervals during a relatively long-lasting regulation cycle that corresponds to a normal operating state. During these relatively short control cycles, a valve adjustment is brought to a maximum position in a branch line having the currently largest partial delivery stream of the gaseous medium, and correcting variables are then established for the further opening of the remaining valves as to keep the individual streams constant with a constant total delivery stream and reduced collecting line pressure.
