Abstract
L'invention est destinée à la suspension de véhicules de transport et sert à diminuer les fuites parasites, à limiter l'usure et le bruit de fonctionnement, à simplifier la fabrication du dispositif et à en réduire les coûts. Elle permet aussi de réguler la résistance en mode de fonctionnement à étranglement dans le cas d'un amortisseur à adaptation automatique d'une caractéristique de la résistance en fonction de l'amplitude des irrégularités de la chaussée. Le dispositif de l'invention modifie une caractéristique de résistance par la modification de la tension préliminaire du ressort d'une soupape disposée sur le piston. La modification de la tension préliminaire du ressort se fait par la transformation du déplacement radial des appuis en déplacement linéaire du support mobile du ressort par rapport au siège de soupape. La position radiale courant des supports est réglée par l'interaction des supports avec la tige à coupe transversale variable, disposée à l'intérieur d'une bielle creuse. En outre, le dispositif permet de réguler la résistance en mode de fonctionnement à étranglement en fonction de l'amplitude des irrégularités de la chaussée. Ce réglage se fait par la modification de la longueur et de la coupe transversale du canal formé par la surface de la douille de guidage du support et la cavité faite dans ce support.
