Vorrichtung zum elektrischen Anschließen eines Modems (1) bei der leitungsgebundenen Datenübertragung an ein Stromnetz, wobei die Verbindungsleitung (4) des Modems (1) einen Netzstecker (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Netzstecker (5) mit einem Breitband- Netzfilter (3) zum Ausfiltern von Störimpulsen durch induktive oder kapazitive Verbraucher und von in das Netz zurückgespeisten hochfrequenten Strömen versehen ist.
