Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un peptide antibactérien présentant une structure tridimensionnelle avec une hélice α et un feuillet β antiparallèle reliés par trois ponts disulfures produit par un microorganisme et répondant à la formule générale (I): Xaa-Cys-Xab-Cys-Xac-Cys-Xad-Cys-Xae-Cys-Xaf-Cys-Xag (I), dans laquelle: Xaa est -NH2 ou un reste peptidique comprenant de 1 à 8 acides aminés, Xab est un reste peptidique comprenant de 1 à 12 acides aminés, Xac est un reste peptidique comprenant 3 acides aminés, Xad est un reste peptidique comprenant de 1 à 10 acides aminés, Xae est un reste peptidique comprenant de 1 à 5 acides aminés, Xaf est un reste peptidique comprenant 1 acide aminé, Xag est -OH ou un reste peptidique comprenant 1 ou 2 acides aminés.
