如图 1所示, HLR通常是一个数据库,存储全部归属用户的信息以及每 个归属用户有关的动态数据信息, 并向 VLR提供移动用户的信息。
VLR和 MSC之间的消息流量特别大,通常放置在同一物理实体中, MSC /VLR的主要功能是完成呼叫交换,控制移动台的位置更新和越区切换过程。

SCP ( Service Control Point )是与 gsmSCF相对应的物理实体, 它完成 与 gsmSCF—样的功能,接收 SSP送来的查询信息并查询数据库, 进行各种 译码; 同时, SCP能 居 SSP上报来的呼叫事件启动不同的业务螺距, 才艮据 业务逻辑向相应的 SSP发出呼叫控制指令, 从而实现各种智能呼叫。
IP ( Intelligent Peripheral )是协助完成智能业务的特殊资源。 通常具有 各种语音功能, 如语音合成, 播放录音通知等。 IP可以是一个独立的物理设 备, 也可以作为 SSP 的一部分, 它接受 SCP的控制, 执行 SCP业务逻辑所 指定的操作。

SCE ( Service Creation Enviroment ) 的功能是根据客户的需求生成新的 业务逻辑。 SCE为业务设计者提供友好的图形编辑界面。 客户利用各种标准 图元设计出新业务的业务逻辑, 并为之定义好相应的数据。
上述各个部件之间的连接协议如下: SCE与 SMS之间为 TCP/IP, SMAP 与 SMS之间可为广域网或局域网, SMS与 SCP之间为广域网或局域网连接, SCP与 SSP之间为七号信令网。
下面具体说明本发明的一个实施例。

SMS将接收端短消息转移业务逻辑、 业务数据加载到 SCP中, SCP中 就产生一个用于处理短消息转移的软件模块。之后, SMS就在接收端短消息 转移业务运行的过程中, 对执行情况进行监测和统计, 生成报表。 在不需要 的时候, 可以将其从智能网中删除。

b. gsmSCF在数据库中查询该短消息目的地址对应的用户是否有短消息 呼叫转移请求, 如果没有, 则发送该短消息至目的移动台; 否则, 进步驟 c; c 该 gsmSCF启动接收端短消息转移业务逻辑影响 SSF呼叫处理, 将 发往目的移动台的短消息转发到目的移动台指定的移动台或信息载体上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的在移动智能网上实现短消息业务的方法, 其特 征在于步骤 c进一步包括以下步驟:
cl. 在 gsmSCF向 SSF发送的操作消息 Connect SMS中设置目的用户号 码( Destination Subscriber Number )和短消息中心地址( SMSC Address ) 两 个可选参数;
c2. gsmSCF荻取目的用户号码或短消息中心地址的数据;
c3. 当接收端的 gsmSCF收到接收端 SSF提交的短消息请求消息后, 启 动接收端短消息转移业务逻辑,将该消息中带来的被叫移动台地址所对应的 目的用户号码或者短消息中心地址回送给 SSF;
c4. SSF收到后, 按目的用户号码或者短消息中心地址发送短消息信息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的在移动智能网上实现短消息业务的方法, 其特 征在于: 步骤 cl中所述的参数设置在业务生成环境(SCE )生成, 并由业务 管理系统(SMS )加载到 gsmSCF上。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的在移动智能网上实现短消息业务的方法, 其特 征在于:步骤 c3中所述的接收端短消息转移业务逻辑在业务生成环境( SCE ) 生成, 并由业务管理系统(SMS )加载到 gsmSCF上。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的在移动智能网上实现短消息业务的方法, 其特 征在于步骤 c2进一步包括: 移动台将包含有目的用户号码的短消息发送到 本方短消息中心, 本方短消息中心再转发给 gsmSCF, 该 gsmSCF从而获取 目的用户号码数据 , 并存储于 gsmSCF的数据库中。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的在移动智能网上实现短消息业务的方法, 其特 征在于: 步骤 c2 中所述的目的用户号码或短消息中心地址的数据可在 gsmSCF的操作台直接设置, 并存储在 gsmSCF的数据库中。
7、如权利要求 2、 5或 6所述的在移动智能网上实现短消息业务的方法, 其特征在于: 设定目的用户号码为移动台号码, 或为对应电子邮箱地址的特 珠用户号码。
8、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的在移动智能网上实现短消息业务的方法, 其特征在于: 设置 SSF于移动交换中心(MSC )上, 或服务 GPRS支持节点
( SGSN )上, 或独立设置 SSF。
9、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的在移动智能网上实现短消息业务的方法, 其特征在于: 设定 SSF和 gsmSCF之间采用七号信令进行通信。
