Abstract

The aerosol production method by means of centrifugal aerosol generator with a dispersing disk (3) disposed directly at the axis (2) of the electric motor (1) without any mechanical multiplier. The dispersing disk (3) is provided with radial channels (4). The electric motor (1) is being supplied with the electric current with the frequency 400 Hz from the compact semi-conducting static frequency reformer (11) which at the same time is working as a control panel, inserted in the standard current supplier. The system: electric motor (1) - disk (3) is fixed at the special carding suspension bracket (12), which protects from vibration during the working. For the energetic electrically charged aerosol production and for the electric charge magnitude regulation is being used the phenomenon of friction of fast rotating dispersing disk (3) with the air. At the same time the aerosol is taking the negative electric charge. The charge magnitude is being regulated by means of distance between the electric charge subtracter (5) and the dispersing disk (3).

Description

Description
The aerosol production method by means of centrifugal aerosol generator.
This invention is referred to electric motors that have a dispersing disk with radial hollows on axis.
This kind of devices are using widely for aerosol production from different liquids. The certain aerosol is ecologically harmless because of its production by means the mechanical dispersion of liquids during the fast rotation of the disk.
The Danish firm "Niro Atomiser", is producing the electric drying dispersing devices for a cement production. This device is a primitive example of the certain invention. This example is composed of massive rotating disk with round radial hollows, provided with the primary liquid mixture. At hollows the liquid is undergoing two forces: a coriolis force which is pushing the liquid to hallows sides, and the centrifugal force which is pushing the liquid from the disk centre to its circumference. As a result the liquid with big speed is drawing near the disk along side, meeting the strong contrary draught and the liquid membrane is being dispersed, producing by this way the microscopic drops, the aerosol.
The disadvantage of this device is an indispensable multiplier presence between the electric motor and the disk. An other disadvantage of existed device is an impossibility to produce the electrically charged aerosol, the particles, charged with the same polarity are match more stronger than the neutral aerosol. An other one disadvantage of this device is composed of electric motor hard fixing with the disk, that can be cause of the device catastrophe from vibration.
According to this invention is being used a high electric current frequency, 400 Hz, this frequency determines the electric motor rotation speed. According to formula, n = 6 Of : p, where: n is the disk speed, rotation at one minutes, p is a electric motor poles number, which cannot be less than 1, we can find the disk rotation speed According to this formula, we can find the disk rotation speed and the electric motor rotation speed also, 24.000 rotations at one minutes, without any multiplier. The centrifugal aerosol generator according to present invention, has many advantages. One of this advantages is the lack of mechanical multiplier. A compact semi-conducting static frequency reformer which works at the same time as a control panel with the frequency regulation +- 30, is disposed between the network and the device. The dispersing disk is electrically isolated from the place of fit at the electric motor axis by means of the ceramic bush. During the fast disk rotation as a result of friction with the air an electric charge is accumulating on the disk body. This electric charge is being transmitted to aerosol which is acting as a generator. Through the friction with the air the metals are being charged negatively. Thoroughly the energy aerosol cloud, that is charged with the same polarity, is being created. For the abundant charge removal from the disk and for the concrete charge regulation an electric charges subtracter is disposed at the axis. The subtracter has turned sharp borders and screw - nut for regulation of distance between the disk and the electric charges subtracter. During the present invention using the system: electric motor - dispersing disk is reinforced at the support by means of special carding suspension bracket, which protects from vibration. The invention is described below with the help of one example and with the reference to drafts, where:
In figure 1 is shown a scheme of centrifugal aerosol generator device and of its connection with the power supplier, where is shown the frequency reformer and the carding suspension bracket. In figure 2 is shown a cross-section of the device, where are shown, according to the invention, the electric motor, the dispersing disk with the radial hollows, the ceramic bush and the charges subtracter. In figure 3 is shown a cross-section of the aerosol generator dispersing disk with the radial hollows (the arrow is showing the rotation direction). For better understanding of drafts is being used the same numeration of the same elements. Notice.
As a high degree dispersed aerosols (mist) can be characterised the aerosols with the particles diameter less than 100 micron. As a low degree dispersed aerosols (rein) can be characterised the aerosols with the particles diameter more than 150 micron. At the figure 1 is shown the scheme of the electric current supply. The frequency reformer (11) is being inserted into the power supply 50 Hz. The frequency at the reformer coming out is 400 Hz. The certain frequency is being supplied to the electric motor (1). The electric motor (1) is gathering frequency speed 24.000 at one minute simultaneously with the dispersing disk (3), which is disposed at the axis (2), with the electric charges subtracter (5) and the screw - nut (7) which regulates the distance between the disk and the charges subtracter. According to the present invention the dispersing disk (3) is disposed directly at the electric motor (1) axis (2) and all this system is fixed at the special carding suspension bracket (12), for avoid the vibration. At the figure 2 is well shown that the electric current with the frequency 400 Hz is being supplied to the electric motor (1) immovable- part (13) winding. At the same time the axis (2) with the rotation part (14) are beginning to rotate into the bearings (9). The electric motor case has the earth connection (10). At the same time the dispersing disk is rotating. When the disk is gathering a functional speed its hollows are being supplied with the primary liquid. The electric dynamic energy which appears as a result of friction of the disk (3) with the air is being transmitted to aerosol.
For the steady disk (3) fixing the axis top is cone - shaped and there is an ceramic bush (8), which is disposed on it for prevent from charge bringing down to the electric motor (1) case and to the earth (10). Moreover at the axis is disposed the electric charges subtracter (5), which is look like as a metallic disk with the turned sharp borders, the spring (6) and the regulation screw - nut (7). The ceramic bush (8) is the insulator. The electric charges subtracter
(5) is disposed between the regulation screw - nut (7) and the spring
(6) in the way, that its sharp turned borders are directed to the dispersing disk (3) and create with the last a clearance: d = 1 - 3 mm. The clearance magnitude depends from the regulation screw - nut (7) place. So, with the regulation screw - nut (7) and the spring (6) rotation to one or to an other side is being regulated the aerosol particles charge magnitude and it permits to increase the efficiency of aerosol treatment: disinfecting, therapy, vaccination, fumigation, dressing etc. The electric charges subtracter (5) utilisation excludes the sparks going out from the charged electric cloud to the construction case (1). The disk (3) radial hollows (4) are creating the corner with the radius for increase the hollow length and the first speed of aerosol coming out to the surroundings.
