Abstract

Disclosed herein is a system for vicariously processing a message board posting on a Website in such a way as to search for, register, modify and delete the message board posting using the Internet. In this system, a search server automatically multi-searches for Website message board posting information with a multi-thread process generated, stores search results, receives a request and information form a client, and vicariously register, modify or delete a Website message board posting on Websites out of the search results, which have information corresponding to the information requested by the client. The system can vicariously register public information and a posting refuting abusive or harm information on a message board, and deleted lewd information from message board postings.

Description

Agency dealing system for Website bulletin
Technical Field
The present invention relates generally to a system for vicariously processing a
Website message board posting, and more particularly to a system for vicariously executes the registration, modification and deletion of the message board postings of Websites scattered over the Internet.
Background Art
Since an Internet protocol was standardized in 1983, the Internet has spread through government networks, large enterprise networks and a great many academic computer networks for various uses, such as e-mail, File Transfer Protocol (FTP), Gopher, network news, public message boards and the like. When the National Science
Foundation constructed the National Science Foundation NETwork (NSFNET) in 1985, the Internet protocol of the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA), that is, TCP/IP, has been adopted as the basic communication protocol. Accordingly, NSFNET has been used as the backbone network of the Internet and has rapidly been popularized. Additionally, as ARPA began to remove the facilities of ARPANET in 1988, and ARPANET was no longer used for military purposes from 1990, the Internet was re-born as a civil network. Meanwhile, one of phenomena occurring with the progression of an information-oriented society is the integration of a media and a communication network. Accordingly, with the development of the Internet, the Internet has inherent value as a medium. As a result, public information activities through e-mail have been popularized, and public information activities through banners or public notices in homepages have been frequently used. However, such public information activities consume a large amount of money. In particular, public information activities through e-mail are problematic in that they are each performed at one time and may be transmitted by illegal methods such as Spam mail. Additionally, in the case where an individual, a group, a company or the like plan and carry out public information activities through a Website message board posting, it is inconvenient in that they must directly visit Websites scattered over the Internet and enter the contents of public information to do so. In order to solve the above-described problem, the contents of public information are transmitted to Website message boards using a certain program. However, such a method is problematic in that unconditional transmission is carried out, though transmission must be determined according to the characters of Websites that an individual, a group, a company or the like require.
As information and communication technology has developed and has been gradually adopted by society, a number of benefits have arisen, but, on the other hand, a number of social problems have also occurred. In particular, ethical problems on networks have developed into important issues that information-oriented society should solve. Accordingly, it is lately claimed in overall society that an ethical education is preceded ahead of computer education. As information and communication media as well as the Internet have explosively spread, it is easy to forge information. It is mentioned as a key problem that the anonymity of cyberspace increases the irresponsible manipulation of information. In particular, since anonymity is mainly used on computer communication networks, the real names of users are not exposed, so aggressive and destructive speaking gets spilt without the thread of punishment. Accordingly, the infringement of one's private life such as slander, abuse, the indiscriminate spilling of individual's secrets, which routinely occurs in information-oriented society, becomes a serious problem. However, there occurs a problem in that no way for Internet users to solve problem exist. Internet users must individually search and deal with the message board postings of scattered Websites. However, this is really next to impossible.
Additionally, the distribution of unsound information, such as pornography, through the Internet has become a serious problem. As described above, much of unsound information distributed through the Internet is provided by message board postings, so general users using the Internet come across unsound information in valid Websites the users have visited. Accordingly, the operators of Websites directly search for and delete unsound Website message board postings. However, in general, information, which doesn't become substantially socially problematic, is not deleted, hi particular, there occurs a problem in that, for homepages, such as individual homepages or homepages operated by small-sized groups, Website message board postings are not managed as described above.
Disclosure of the Invention
Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a system that vicariously and automatically registers or modifies information requested by an Internet user on a Website message board. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A system for vicariously processing a Website message board posting in accordance with a preferable embodiment of the present invention is generally comprised of a client 100, a search server 200, a search module 300, a search result database 400, a vicarious processing module 500, and a vicarious processing result database 600. All components except the client 100 are constructed to be operated in conjunction with the search server 200. That is, the search server 200 receives a request from the client 100, and refers to or stores search results in the search module 300, the search result database 400, the vicarious processing module 500 and the vicarious processing result database 600. First, the client 100 is described. In general, a client designates a system that arranges information, data or processing results provided by a server, receives input, or deals with detailed items. The client designates a computer through which a user requests documents and information from a server, that is, a computer that receives information. Accordingly, a personal computer that is connected to a server is generally called a "client". The client 100 serves to request the processing of information posted on or to be posted to the Internet. The information posted on the Internet corresponds to information abusive and harmful to the user of the client 100 out of Website message board postings. The client 100 requests the vicarious uploading of a posting refuting a message board posting that includes the abusive and harmful information. Additionally, the info mation to be posted to the Internet corresponds to the contents of public information uploaded to the search server 200 that will be described later when the user of the client 100 has the public information. The client 100 requests the uploading of the public information while appointing a certain Website 700 that relates to the public information.
Subsequently, the search server 200 is described. That which is large-scale and simultaneously has the same information or data is called a "server system". Accordingly, the server system mainly serves to transmit information or data. That is, the server system is a computer that provides data when another computer requests documents or data. For example, a client and a server can transmit and receive hypermedia documents using Hyper Document Transmission Protocol (HTTP). This server system is referred to as a "HTTP server" or "Web server". Such a server system may be compared to an information department store that is provided with various pieces of information needed by a user. When the client 100 requests documents or data, the search server 200 of the present invention serves to receive a processing task that is corresponding to the request and transmit processing results to the client 100. The search server 200 can be constructed to include a requested content database 210 and a membership database 220. The requested content database 210 is constructed as a separate database that stores contents requested by the client 100, and organized to search for contents requested by the client 100 and provide the contents to the client 100 if necessary. Alternately, the requested content database 210 can be constructed to store basic contents, such as requested dates, requestors, requested contents and the like, and the location of the search result database 400 that will be described later, and immediately confirm search results for requested contents.
Additionally, the client 100 requests a membership application from the search server 200 after the client 100 accesses the search server 200 for the first time. Accordingly, the search server 200 transmits a membership application form to the client 100. Thereafter, the user of the client 100 enters his/her personal information in the membership application form, and the membership application form in which the personal information is entered is transmitted to the search server 200 and stored in the membership database 220 of the search server 200 or other servers connected to the search server 200. The membership database 220 stores personal information requested in a general Internet homepage, such as membership identifications (IDs), passwords, names, addresses, telephone numbers and the like. Although the above-described membership database 220 is described as receiving an access request from the search server 200 and processing it, a general web server is separately constructed to provide information on a membership application, the vicarious processing system and the like. Next, the search module 300 is described. The search module 300 serves to search for a Website 700 on which information is posted or will be posted according to the direction of the search server 200 in response to the request of the client 100. As briefly described above, when receiving a request from the client 100 and storing requested contents in the requested content database 210, the search serve 200 directs the search module 300 to execute a search for requested contents. Additionally, the search module 300 executes a search for the Website 700 on which information is posted. The search for the Website 700 is executed according to categories the same as in the Yahoo Website (www.yahoo.co.kr). The search module 300 that executes the search for the Website 700 is preferably implemented as an automatic search type using a search robot. For example, the search is carried out in such a way as to read the HTML source of pages relating to message board postings in the Website 700 and search for a tag in the HTML source. Like the above-described example, when such HTML is used, a tag, such as "ACTION= <INPUT TYPE>", is searched for. The "ACTION= <INPUT TYPE>" tag is a tag relating to a character array input, so the tag mostly indicates a message board provided in the Website 700. Additionally, a tag relating to a posting in addition to the above-described tag is searched for under an AND condition in which a plurality of tags are used. Accordingly, the search module 300 mainly executes the search by using tags.
Subsequently, the search result database 400 is described. The search result database 400 stores the contents of search results obtained by the search module 300. The search result database 400 can comprise a single database or separate databases according to their roles. In the case where the search result database 400 is divided into separate databases, a database for a Website 700 on which information requested by the user of the client 100 has been posted and a database for Websites 700 to which information requested by the user of the client 100 will be posted can be separately constructed. The database for Websites 700 to which information will be posted stores information on the Uniform Resource Locators (URL) of Websites, message board form information, site names, domain names, large, medium, small and minute classifications, and a Website classification. The URL of the Website corresponds to an address through which the search server 200 may directly move to a page on which information can be actually posted. The large, medium, small, and minute classifications of the Website have the same function as categories provided by a general search engine. Additionally, the message board form information corresponds to information on a form field on which information may be actually posted.
Additionally, the database for the Website 700 to which information requested by the user of the client 100 is posted stores the URL of the Website 700 on which information is posted, message board form information, a domain name, contents requested by the client 100, an index key value of the requested content database 210 and the like. The URL field of the Website 700 on which information is posted corresponds to an essential field so as to automatically upload information to the Website 700 from vicarious processing module 500 5 that will be described later according to the request of the client 100. The message board form information corresponds to information on a form field to which information may be actually posted. The index key value of the requested content database 210 corresponds to a field used to search for contents requested by the user of the client 100. Additionally, the index key value corresponds to a field used to search for data on the history of requested c ' contents on the basis of the searched results.
Subsequently, the vicarious processing module 500 is described. The vicarious processing module 500 is divided into a registration module 510, a modification module 520 and a deletion module 530. The vicarious processing module 500 serves to vicariously process a message board posting according to the request of the client 100, together with the 5 search result database 400. The vicarious processing module 500 is divided into the registration module 510, the modification module 520 and the deletion module 530 according to the requests of the user of a client 100.
The registration module 510 is used to register a message board posting, which a user desires to use for public information, on Websites 700 that the user of the client 100 appoints, 0 and to register a posting refuting information posted on the Websites 700 in response to the request of the user of the client 100. In the former case, the registration module 510 serves to automatically upload information requested by the user of the client 100 to corresponding Websites 700 according to classifications such as large, medium, small, and minute classifications and the like that are registered in the requested content database 210. For 5 example, if the user of the client 100 selects a high school out of the classifications of education>school>high schoolteacher, information requested by the user is automatically uploaded to the Websites 700 of the high school classification that are registered in the search result database 400.
In the latter case, when information abusive and harmful to the user of the client 100 is 5 included in a message board posting and a refutation against the abusive and harmful information is requested by the search server 200, a search is executed by the search module 300 and search results are stored in the search result database 400. The registration module 510 receives an article refuting the abusive and harmful information, and uploads the refuting article to the Website 700 while referring to the URL field of the Website on which 0 information is posted, which is stored in the search result database 400.
Additionally, the modification module 520 serves to modify the uploaded information when the information uploaded to the Website 700 by the registration module 510 needs to be modified. The modification module 520 is run with reference to the vicarious processing result database 600 that will be described later. 5 The deletion module 530 is used to delete information uploaded to the message board of the Website 700 by the registration module 510, and to delete lewd information when the lewd information is posted on the message board of a Website with the consent of the operator of the Website 700 obtained and a deletion key value assigned. In the former case, the deletion module 530 executes the deletion of the message board posting of the Websites 700 Q whose registration or modification is completed with reference to the vicarious processing result database 600 that will be described later. In the latter case, the operator of a Website 700 on which a message board posting is posted requests the vicarious deletion of lewd information and, thereafter, requested contents are stored in the requested content database 210. Thereafter, a message board posting including lewd information out of the message 5 board postings of the Websites 700 is searched for by the search module 300 run in response to the direction of the search server 200 are stored in the search result database 400, and the deletion module 530 executes the deletion of the lewd information. In general, a secret number or code value is required to delete a message board posting posted on the Website 700, and provided from the operator of the Website 700. Accordingly, the message board posing including the lewd information is deleted according to the processing of the deletion module 530.
Subsequently, the vicarious processing result database 600 is described. The vicarious processing result database 600 stores results obtained by the processing of the vicarious processing module 500. Additionally, the vicarious processing result database 600 stores the index key values of the requested content database 210, the index key values of the search result database 400, the URLs of corresponding Websites, the selection of registration, modification and deletion, and processing results. Accordingly, when the vicarious processing result database 600 is searched, it is possible to refer to requested contents and the contents of search results together. Hereinafter, the embodiments of the present invention are described.

Third embodiment
FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a process of vicariously deleting lewd information according to an embodiment of the present invention. First, the operator of the search server 200 obtains the consent of the operator of the Website 700 on which a message board posting is posted at step S500. ^ The consent of the operator of the Website 700 is obtained by any method, such as mail, a membership application or an interview, that is possible to carry out on and off-line. The consent relates to the automatic deletion of lewd information from information posted in the Website. As described above, when the consent of the operator of the Website 700 is obtained, an ID and a password, through which the operator of the search server 200 accesses the message board posting of the Website and deletes lewd information, are assigned to the operator of the search server 200 at step S510. The assigned ID and password are stored in the membership database 220 at step S520. Since the message board posting of the Website can be deleted by the assignment of the ID and password, the search module 300 is run to find lewd information in response to the direction of the search server 200 at step S530. Thereafter, the message board postings of the Websites 700 on the Internet are searched for by the running of the search module 300 at step S540, and the search results are stored in the search result database 400 at step S550. The search result database 400 stores the addresses of Websites on which lewd information is posted, the URLs of message board postings, the location of lewd information or the like, which are searched for by the search module 300.
Additionally, the vicarious processing module 500 is run in response to the direction of the search server 200 at step S560. As the vicarious processing module 500 is run, the vicarious processing module 500 is run with reference to the search result database 400 at step S570, and it is checked whether the Websites of searched results correspond to Websites that have obtained the consent of the operator out at step S500 at step S580. If the Websites do not correspond to Websites that have obtained consent, the search result database 400 is referred to again at step S570. If the Websites correspond to Websites that have obtained consent, the deletion module 530 is run at step S590. Additionally, at step S600, it is determined whether the deletion of the lewd information stored in the search result database 400 has been completed. If the deletion has not been completed, the search result database 400 is referred to again; while if the deletion has been completed, the vicarious processing module 500 is stopped at step S600. As the vicarious processing module 500 is stopped, deletion results are stored in the vicarious processing result database at step S610, and information on deleted message board postings is reported to the operators of corresponding Websites 700 at step S620.
