Abstract

The invention relates to a medical or dental treatment chair (1), with a seat piece (2), a backrest (4), a headrest support (12), arranged on the backrest (4) and a headrest (8) which may be adjusted relative to the backrest (4). An improvement in adjustability may be achieved whereby an adjuster device (16) is provided, with which alternative adjustment of the headrest (8) may be achieved such that the headrest cushion runs directly into the backrest cushion (4c) or the headrest cushion and the backrest cushion (4c) together form an included angle of more than 180°.
