Abstract

Description

Manufacturing method and device of vinyl pack air injection
consist of pipe
Background of the invention
Field of the Invention
This invention is related to a valve used to inject gas and liquid into a vinyl pack consists of sheet and film. Using a tube as a valve, makes injection easy and once gas or liquid is injected, these won' t leak without any stopper.
Discussion of Related Art
To inject gas or liquid into a vinyl pack, the valve with a stopper or the valve with a check valve was required in the prior art.
But this valve requires a complicated manufacturing method, resulting in raising the price of raw material. Recently, a thin vinyl sheet or a thin sheet is used as a valve. However, this thin sheet or film should have a vent hole by melting its one side or the other side and gluing each other. So, when the degree of temperature and pressure for the vinyl sheet or the film is not proper, a hole can be created. Even thought the degree of temperature and pressure for the vinyl sheet or the film is proper, the adhesion part can be wrinkled due to the difference of the cooling time. And the heated and melted area can grow longer and thinner, resulting in bursting the tube and leaking liquid or gas injected into the vinyl pack.
Also, to inject liquid or gas, this invention should have a tube, and when the tube is inserted into the vinyl pack made of thin film or sheet, the thin pack can be impaired and leak liquid or gas.
Brief Description of the Attached Drawings

FIG2. is a sectional view showing another embodiment of the present invention;
FIG3. is an outline view showing the flattened part formed by the mold;
FIG 4. is an outline view showing another manufacturing method of the valve;
FIG 5. is an outline view showing the FIG4. ' s production cut in half by a knife; FIG 6. is a block diagram showing manufacturing procedure;
FIG 7 is a perspective view showing the embodiment of the invention with valve;
Detailed Description of Preferred Embodiment The following is the detailed description of the most desirable embodiment of the present invention. The most desirable embodiment of this invention will be described in detail according to the attached drawings on the following and the same reference number will be used to mean the same drawing elements regardless of different drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1 , the tubed )' s one side is pressed, creating the flattened part(2a),and tubed )' s inner part has a double layer and the flattened part (2a)' s upper part has the adhesion part(3).
As shown in FIG. 2, the flattened part(2a,2b) has a double layer and the flattened part (2a) has to be totally flattened and the flattened part(2a) has to be flattened not to do any damage to the flattened part (2a, b) when an additional tube is inserted to pull out something injected into the pack.
Also, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the flattened part (2a, 2b) should be formed in the center of the tubed ) and the flattened part(2a,2b) is cut in half, improving productivity. The reason is that the prior invention has a problems that one side of the tube is easily closed when the flattened part (2a) is formed by applying heat to and pressurizing one side of the tubed ). In addition , this invention can be sealed up tightly when it is cut in half due to the heat applied by the knife(20) .
A short projection with the curved part(8) is formed in the mold(7), and the short projection can be transformed to adjust the gap of the flattened part(2b) . When heat is applied to the invention to create the flattened part
(2a, 2b), heat is applied to around the tubed 0) and it is softened, melted, refrigerated and then pressurized by the mold(7). The cooling line (6) is formed inside the mold(7). When the tubed ) is melted by heat and pressurized, its volume becomes wider, making the flattened part (2a,2b) thinner, and longer. The cooling should be done after the tube is lengthened and pressurized. There is a chance that the flattened part(2a,2b) can become indented in its inner part, when the melted and pressurized the flattened part (2a, b) is lengthened. The differences between the lengthened tube' s thickness and the cooling time can make some holes or cracks in the tube. Therefore, when the valve is glued to the vinyl pack( 1 0) , the adhesion part(3) should be located in the adhesion lined 1 ) to create the vinyl pack ( 1 0) , and then the valve' s inner part in which mold release(4) is formed is heated and pressurized, and the vinyl pack( I O) ' s the adhesion line ( 1 1 ) and the valve' s the adhesion part(3) are melted and pressurized and glued.
Because of the tube' s mold release, each inner side does not stick to each other. The mold release is created by spraying mold release, but there are other options like inserting mold release, or using other mold releases. Therefore, liquid or gas can be easily injected into the vinyl pack( 1 0) through the tubed ) and liquid or gas can be easily pulled out of the vinyl packO O) through the tubed ) or by using another tube which can be inserted into the tubed ) . Plus, once liquid or gas is injected into the vinyl pack, it will not leak from the pack thanks to the flattened part. Even when the vinyl pack is pressurized, it will not be burst. It is because there is no part which gets thinner than other parts partially. This invention can be used as a Vinyl seat or a tube or a vinyl bag in drinks.
