Definitions

• the invention concerns firearms, either automatic or semi-automatic, where by a replacement of the barrel and bolt mechanism with accessories, a conversion of such weapons to weapons with equal functions but using other, typically lower-calibre, ammunition, is performed. This covers the adapters involving the bolt mechanism with accessories.
• the adapter contains a bolt casing with a fixed barrel and the bolt in the casing is supported by lengthwise guides with at least one return spring supported at the end by the bolt plug or bottom, where the principle is that there is, in the plug or bolt bottom, an elongated through hole, in which a recoil carrier is mounted, the length of which exceeds the thickness of the bolt bottom or plug and where its front end is modified to rest on the rear part of the main bolt body, while its rear end is modified to rest on the front part of the recoil absorber body.
