Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Nachweis und/oder Quantifizierung eines Analyten in einer Flüssigkeit, insbesondere von Nukleinsäuren, mit folgenden Schritten:a) Bereitstellen erster Mikropartikel und einer Sonde, welche eine spezifische Affinität für den Analyten und für die ersten Mikropartikel aufweist, oder von zweiten Mikropartikeln mit der an deren Oberfläche gebunden Sonde,b) Herstellen einer den Analyten, die Sonde und die ersten Mikropartikel enthaltenden ersten Lösung unter Bedingungen, unter denen die Sonde an den Analyten und die ersten Mikropartikel bindet oder einer den Analyten und die zweiten Mikropartikel enthaltenden ersten Lösung unter Bedingungen, unter denen der Analyt an die Sonde bindet, c) Trennen der ersten oder zweiten Mikropartikel von der ersten Lösung,d) Nachweis des Analyten mittels eines elektrochemischen Verfahrens, wobei die ersten oder zweiten Mikropartikel zum Nachweis des Analyten in eine zweite Lösung überführt werden.
