  • a window 22 in the lock housing 10 wall, for each trust pad 20 allows these to freely move between an outer trusting position in the locking position of the complete safety device 1, and an innermost position where each trust arm 19 is camming on a part of the corresponding cam 18 having a minimum radius.
  • the trust elements 16 can be supported in several ways, either to the lock housing 10 by the use of a supporting cage or similar (not shown), or to the lock cam shaft 8 in a similar way.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) de sécurité destiné à être inséré et bloqué en position dans une chambre ou canon (14) d'arme à feu. Le dispositif comprend un verrou (2) établissant une protection radiale contre la paroi interne du canon (14), et un activateur (4) de blocage supplémentaire en cas de tentative de retrait du dispositif (1) de sécurité par la force. Un logement (10) de verrou renferme ledit verrou (2) et comprend un récipient (12) rempli d'un fluide (26) d'expansion sous pression. Une tentative de mettre le dispositif hors de sa position verrouillée active une pointe aiguisée (30) destinée à pénétrer la paroi du récipient (12) afin que le fluide (26) se répande, remplisse l'espace dans le dispositif (1) de sécurité et bloque complètement l'arme.
