Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés permettant de comparer une ou plusieurs cibles sur deux ou plus de deux populations d'acides nucléiques. On mélange les populations d'échantillons à comparer avant de fractionner le mélange d'échantillons en cibles, par hybridation avec des polynucléotides ou des oligonucléotides susceptibles d'être dissociés du mélange d'échantillons proprement dit. Ensuite, on amplifie la ou les cibles fractionnées pour que les cibles de chaque échantillon entrent en compétition vis-à-vis de réactifs d'amplification. Enfin, une quantification des produits d'amplification intervient pour différencier l'échantillon ayant engendré tel ou tel produit d'amplification. L'abondance relative de produits d'amplification issus de chaque population d'échantillons traduit le niveau de cible propre à chacun des échantillons originaux, donnant une comparaison directe du degré d'abondance des séquences cibles présentes dans les échantillons caractérisés.
