Abstract

The invention concerns devices to amplify electric signals and more particularly, differential amplifiers. The object of the invention is creation of a differential amplifier which is symmetric with regards to the power source (+U, -U) the balancing of which does not depend on the parameter difference of amplifying elements. The objects is achieved by execution of a differential amplifier under circuit of the series balance, that lets to obtain the symmetry of a differential amplifier with regards to the power source (+U, -U) and its balancing does not depend on the parameter difference of amplifying elements (1, 2).

Description

Differential amplifier
An invention concerns devices to amplify electrical signals and more particularly, to differential amplifiers.
It is known differential amplifiers which are balance-paralleled symmetric amplifiers as described in Operational Devices by G.S.Ostapenko, p.305 - 306, Radio and Communication, 1989. A drawback of a balance-paralleled differential amplifier is symmetric inf ingement as a result even of a slight difference of the amplifying element parameters.
An object of the invention is creation of a differential amplifier which is symmetric with regard to the power source, the balancing of which does not depend on the parameter difference of amplifying elements. The object is achieved by a differential amplifier which is made under circuit of the series balance.
The execution of a differential amplifier under circuit of the series balance differs it from known differential amplifiers, that determines an accordance of the preferred technical embodiment to the criterion "Novelty".
Checking the preferred technical embodiment for an accordance to the criterion "Essential Distinctions" had been compared its distinguish features to features of well known technical embodiments and which showed that the execution of a differential amplifier under circuit of the series balance in well known technical embodiment is absent that lets to draw a conclusion about an accordance to the criterion "Essential Distinctions". An accordance of the preferred technical embodiment to the criterion "Positive Effect" is determined in that the execution of a differential amplifier under circuit of the series balance ensures its symmetry with regard to the power source and the balancing of a differential amplifier does not depend on the parameter difference of amplifying elements.
The invention is schematically illustrated by way of example in the accompanying drawing in which:
FIG. is one of variations to a differential amplifier of the series balance. A differential amplifier contains: the 1st and 2nd field-effect transistors 1 and 2 of different structure, the shutters of which are the 1st and 2nd inputs 3 and 4 and the sources are connected to a coupling resistor 5, and also consisting 1st and 2nd terminating resistors 6 and 7, ones of the leads of which are connected up to the corresponding poles of the power source and the others are the opposite phase outputs 8 and 9 of a differential amplifier. This device functions as follows:
The load current flows through the consistently-connected transistors 1 and 2, a coupling resistor 5 and the load resistors 6 and 7, as a result of that is 5. obtained the balance of circuit of a differential amplifier and the absolute symmetry with regard to poles of the power source for the input and output of a differential amplifier.
The preferred differential amplifier in comparison with known of ones by executing it under circuit of the series balance lets to obtain the absolute 0 symmetry of a differential amplifier with regard to the power source and the balancing does not depend on the parameter difference of amplifying elements.
