Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de quinoléine destinés au traitement prophylactique et thérapeutique de maladies dues au canal sodium, notamment l'épilepsie. La présente invention porte également sur des préparations pharmaceutiques comprenant ces dérivés de quinoléine et sur des méthodes de traitement de maladies dues au canal sodium, notamment l'épilepsie. Par rapport à des composés reflétant l'état actuel de la technique, lesdits dérivés de quinoléine allient une haute efficacité à une très faible toxicité.
