Abstract

L'invention concerne une procédure prédéterminée et approuvée d'externalisation, mise en oeuvre sur un système Intranet, que les employés d'une entreprise doivent suivre pour transférer à une source extérieure (106) des attributions de travaux ou des projets. Il sera en mesure d'indiquer les dates de début et d'échéance (412, 414) des étapes (416-426, 502-508, 602-614) dans la procédure d'externalisation. L'utilisateur pourra également être aidé à préparer la documentation ou les produits que requiert la procédure d'externalisation.
