Abstract

The invention relates to a tube insert for hoses of hydraulic or pneumatic systems formed by two components, the first component being a metal tube, which is generally covered with nylon and has a bubble or bead close to one of its ends, the diameter of which is diminished by means of a reduction and extrusion process from the bead to the end closest to said bead. The second component is a box that may be machined or forged, the size of the box depending on the specific application. The lower inner wall of the box has a cavity for locating and assembling the bubble or bead. Once these components have been assembled, the hose of any hydraulic or pneumatic system is introduced into the box by allowing the reduced end to enter into the center of the hose. The hose and the tube are joined by subjecting the box to a crimping process. The aim of the invention is to provide a tube for hoses that differs completely from those available in the market due to its fully novel internal construction, whose main characteristic is the elimination of all soldering in the manufacture of said tube.
